I went back to my parents' house on the far shore and visited the grave 🙏. The second bottle was from my parents' house. Sake from Yamagata. I didn't know this brand at all. It is aluzome, but it is not so sharp. The first bottle of Tasake is lighter than the second one, though it has a 15% alcohol content.

I went back to my parents' house to visit the graves on the far shore 🙏 After that, my siblings and I had a sake party 🎵 I brought some Tasake light nigori (rice wine) from home. Not too sweet, not too thick, perfectly balanced. The alcohol is not light, but I can't believe it's 16 degrees. The light nigori flavor adds to the deliciousness! A good sake🙆.

Hina Matsuri 🎎 It's an event that has nothing to do with our family, but we took advantage of it and had rose chirashi 🎵 It's from a sushi restaurant in Mejiro and it's delicious 😍. The sake also has a pink label that looks like that. The sake is also labeled with a pink label that looks like that. After my father's 49th birthday, I returned to my parents' house and had a party with my siblings to thank them for their hard work. Although it is a noble sake, it does not have a sticky sweetness, and the acidity makes it easy to drink. The low alcohol content is also good. It's very relaxing. The three brothers finish a bottle of Yongo and split up! We were tired...^^; Next time we will go to the far shore of Japan.

The other day, drinking at a sushi restaurant, I suddenly realized something. Sansho is named "◯no-zozo" according to the way it is made, but there was no difference on the front label (although there is a difference in color due to the difference in rice used for sake). But recently, they have started to use the name on the front label. I have seen on the official SNS that they are planning to go up to 12 Nozai breweries in the future, and they have prepared 12 leaf-like patterns as well!

On Friday nights, I usually drink sparkling wine, but tonight it's the same bubbles, but sake bubbles ........ o○. I haven't had Flax Cat Spark in a while, but it's still good. The sweetness and acidity from the white malted rice is nice. Low alcohol and light. It's a pity that I can rarely buy it!

The first sake for drinking at home in the new year. Hatsushibori Hohanami, which we bought in Toyama last month. I paired it with kombujime, which I also bought in Toyama. It is a clean and refreshing sake, and I felt it was lighter than the 15% alcohol content indicated on the label. Great as a food sake✨. I bought 4 kinds of kombujime at a local supermarket called Kurosaki-ya, but each pack was so big that I couldn't eat all of them if I defrosted them one by one...^^;)

New Year's Day at my parents' house on the 2nd. The third is Miyagi's Kenkunichi. I had never heard of "Aikoku" rice, and I was curious about the taste before drinking it, wondering what kind of taste it had. New Year's Day at my parents' house on the 2nd. The first one is a zodiac sign bottle of Tazake. The year of the snake label has a realistic touch and looks a little scary... ^^;. It is a very well-made sake. It has a good balance of umami and sweetness. And it finishes surprisingly clean and crisp. One of the best Tasake I've ever had 🎵.

New Year's Eve Evening Drinks🍶. New PHOENIX series with Houou Mita's Aizan. The blue bottle shaped like a sparkling wine is cool. The alcohol content of over 16 degrees is not so strong due to the bubbles, and the sweetness is just right, not too sweet. Houou Mita is delicious✨. The entrée was bara chirashi at a sushi restaurant in Mejiro. The bara-zirashi is seasoned and can be eaten as is without soy sauce. It is also delicious ✨.

Yamadanishiki Roku no brewery in the production area. In the future, it is likely to go up to 12. Incidentally, Rokunosai is brewed with rice grown in the Kikuchi River basin, no pesticides, no fertilizers, a pure yeast yeast yeast, and a wooden vat brewing process. While it has the gasiness and lightness typical of San-do, it kind of has a flavor that is a little different from the previous San-do. Is it my imagination or ❓️🤣 I knew Sundo was good. Otters Pairing Dinner" ✨, a collaboration between Asahi Shuzo and Austria A little bit different flavor with 6 string quartets by visiting Vienna Philharmonic players, 6 kinds of Otters, and 6 dishes of Viennese cuisine. The Austrian Ambassador to Japan was also in attendance😲. The final pairing was a plum wine, Tchaikovsky and apricot Knudel. This is my first time to Austrian cuisine, but I have no idea what to expect as there were many unfamiliar names! The sake is a luxurious plum wine made with polished 20% and 30%. It is sweet, but with a firm acidity and a clean, crisp taste. It doesn't feel heavy or sticky at all. I loved it😍. It was quite an extraordinary, luxurious and wonderful party ✨✨.

Otters Pairing Dinner" ✨, a collaboration between Asahi Shuzo and Austria A little bit different flavor with 6 string quartets by visiting Vienna Philharmonic players, 6 kinds of Otters, and 6 dishes of Viennese cuisine. The Austrian Ambassador to Japan was also in attendance😲. The fifth pairing was Otter Blue Type35 again with Dvorak and braised pork cheeks fried in semel powder. Semel powder.... I wonder what kind of powder it is.... This sake is made with Yamada Nishiki, which Asahi Shuzo brought to the U.S. and cultivated in cooperation with American farmers. It is from Arkansas. The water used for brewing is from the Hudson River, making it a 100% American sake! I think today's sake was of a similar strain, except for the first bubbles, but this one seemed to have a slightly unique flavor.

What is strudel ❓️ lol This Otter is made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished at 8%. If it can be made this good, it doesn't need to be called "out of equal rice". I don't understand it at all even if it is called "out of the box rice"!

Symphony Otters is a sake brewed by listening to "Symphony Otters" during brewing, which was created to be listened to in sake. I don't understand the difference anymore! I think even some wines were made to listen to Mozart while aging... ^^;. I wonder if it's possible to really change something by making people listen to music: ❓️🤔

The sake is clear with no cloying taste. Clear sake with no cloying taste. The sweetness is also nice ✨.
