The aromas of fruits reminiscent of La France, Muscat, and melon are pleasant, and the fresh carbonation gas intertwines with the full flavor and the sharp acidity makes the wine refreshing and light! The subtle bitterness is also nice.

Sweetness: Slightly dry ■Rice: Koji: Yamadanishiki from Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture Kake: Hinohikari from Yamaka City, Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture ■Polishing ratio: 60% ■Alcohol level: 13% ■Sake Acidity: Undisclosed Shocking! It goes well with oysters! Makes you want to eat oysters! Enjoy with oysters with a glass of wine. I write "I'm not good at oysters," but honestly speaking, I'm not good at oysters. The aroma is subdued, and it is light because it is only 13 degrees. It is completely white wine.

Unlike the first impression of a full cage, it is not sticky. Rather, it is a dry, active type. The supernatant portion is very refreshing and full of flavor, and the overly energetic gas feeling is very pleasant. Then, when the entire wine is slowly mixed and drunk, the flavor changes completely! The sweetness of the orikara combined with the umami makes for a rich, creamy mouthfeel. The elegant sweetness, which reminds us of sweet apples, is tightly controlled by the intense acidity and the pleasant bitterness.

This is a Kubota Sparkling that came out this year. It is 65% Gohyakumangoku polished rice x 12% alc. with carbon dioxide injection. The aroma is modest, and when you drink it, the sweetness and acidity come quite a bit, and this is like a cider. Quite delicious.

The aroma is sweet apple with a hint of vanilla. When you drink it, it tastes juicy sweet and sour like a white wine. The acidity is high and the mouth is filled with apple-like fruitiness. The impression is flat and the taste is not intonated, but the acidity is still juicy and fruity as usual. The aftertaste shifts from acidity to bitterness. It has a dry and crisp feel.

Refreshing aroma 🌸Sweetness and umami are strong, but it also has a gaseous feel, making it easy to drink. I highly recommend this sake even to those who do not like sake. This is dangerous ⚡ to drink too much!

It's been a while since I've had an Ottersai, but this is the opening drink of a drinking party. It is delicious. The carbonation is a bit strong there, and it is a bit cloudy. The taste is somewhere between sweet sparkling wine and sake. The astringency and bitterness are quite restrained, the taste is sweet, and the mouthfeel is light, partly due to the carbonation.
