ほしやす
Unlike the first impression of a full cage, it is not sticky. Rather, it is a dry, active type. The supernatant portion is very refreshing and full of flavor, and the overly energetic gas feeling is very pleasant. Then, when the entire wine is slowly mixed and drunk, the flavor changes completely! The sweetness of the orikara combined with the umami makes for a rich, creamy mouthfeel. The elegant sweetness, which reminds us of sweet apples, is tightly controlled by the intense acidity and the pleasant bitterness.
