On this day, we went to eat Japanese food We went to Kaiho🐟san🍴 for Japanese cuisine. While looking at the sake lineup, I asked, "Do you have anything that's not on the menu?" while looking at the sake lineup. I asked the proprietress a question like a 🍶tu, and she laughed, laughed, laughed, laughed, laughed. Because it was Kuroryu, I thought, "Oh, I've had that recently..." and finally! And finally, I got it! Oze snow debut: ❄️ What? Seriously, 🍈 juice? LOL! It doesn't feel like alcohol and it's just 🍈 juice? Too much. Juice would be rude indeed. No, but 🍈 too much. LOL lol lol lol lol. What's with the sweetness and the aftertaste? It was so good I went around twice 🍶. I might want a bottle if I can find it. I used to be a dry wine drinker. I'm becoming fascinated with fruit 🍏🍈🍍. I'd love to know what you recommend for the fruit series 💖.

Hana-Kin in Ginza Sakeanaan Chabozu 🍴. I've never had it before and it was my first time to try it. Fukutokucho Iseya Kaemon Junmai Ginjo, which I've never had before & it was my first time to try it. The moment I drank it, it had a little alcohol, but it was refreshing and spicy 🍶 (from memory). And this Iseya Kaemon I couldn't find it on the sake list 🤣. Fukutoku Naga Sake Brewery Co. but it's a Yamanashi sake 🙄 lol Chabozu is The "shibire nabe" (a hot pot) ranked third in the country 🥉. I'd like to eat it if Nino-san told me it was served in the restaurant. I wanted to eat it when Nino-san told me it was served at the restaurant. I had it and it was delicious~❤️ For those who like hot and spicy food, you can't go wrong 🤤. You can even go for the extra spicy 🌶️ It was a fun Ginza Tokyo 🗼 👐💖.

The night of the winter camp, I bought a bottle of Nakanori-san Special Junmai. Fresh and sweet with a clean aftertaste. It is easy to drink because of its fresh sweetness and clean aftertaste! I had a quick sip with 🍢🍶✨. Oh my god, it's so cold at night! Minus 2 degrees Celsius is cold! Fireplace in ⛺️, gas stove It's cold even if you have a kotatsu in ❤️ I've fallen asleep many times in the kotatsu with an electric blanket saying I have fallen asleep many times 😪.

Skipping a bunch of stuff for a moment, rear tie: ✍️🍶 I've been camping for three consecutive weekends: 🏕️ I'm actually camping for the first time in the winter! I'll be in a tent. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a fireplace and a kotatsu in the tent or not. LOL! I bought a copy of "Saku" a while ago to go with it! It's fruity and sweet! But it was easy to drink because of its sharpness. Thanks to that, blue cheese crackers went well with it! It goes well with ❤️ SAKE COMPETITION 2018 It won the first place in the Junmai Ginjo category! I heard that it won the first prize in the Junmai Ginjo category 🥇! Yes, it's happening! Luxury company dinner party 🦪😋. The second one is "Black Dragon" recommended by a guy in the company. It has a sweetness to it, I'm a dry person, but it wasn't too sweet, I felt it was slightly dry afterwards. I felt a soft water-like sensation as it went down my throat, in a good way, and I thought, "Oh, that's nice! Elegant! I was saying that with a weak vocabulary. I was saying that with a weak vocabulary. Anyway, it is a sake that goes well with Japanese food. It doesn't interfere with the aroma of matsutake mushrooms and rice I liked the way it paired well with the matsutake mushrooms and the rice. It was also good ✨. I dig the memorandum 💪✍️ A great uncle of the company I'm going to go to the restaurant, I drank a lot without hesitation this night ✨ lol The first round of drinks was at "Taiping Hai", which was recommended by the restaurant. It is a junmai ginjo-shu pressed in January, bottled and refrigerated, then matured over the summer and shipped in early autumn! What's a bottle enclosure? I thought 👀, It means that the sake is matured in smaller containers, such as hitoto bottles (18L) or ichimasu bottles (1.8L), rather than in tanks with a larger surface area exposed to the air (about 500L for the smallest ones). It seems 🙄. That's still a lot of words I don't know! The taste is already 'fruity! It tastes like a sweet, sour, bitter wine 🥂. I drink what they recommend ✊. I eat raw oysters and drink them 🍶 and they are delicious 🤤! As sparked after this I ordered a big order of the series I wanted to try 🤣.

Niigata🍶Log ✍️ I fell asleep and stayed up. It wasn't uploaded 😅 lol Snowman! Isn't he cute? This bijou reminds me of a mook! In the best-selling book "Hokuetsu Yukifu" written by Suzuki Makiyuki, an essayist and the ancestor of the brewery, who introduced the life in deep snowy Minami-uonuma, there is an episode in the book titled "A Different Beast" in which a "hairy beast appears in the mountains, receives a handful of rice from travelers, carries their luggage in return and guides them on their way". The episode is called "Ijyu" in the chapter "Ijyu" in the "Kitakoshi Yukifu", The sake "Yukio" was made in the image of this scene! He's a nice guy, contrary to the bijou! LOL! Rice used: Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: +12 Acidity: 1.2 The cup of sake is a dry junmai sake ✨. Junmai sake-like rice flavor? Sweetness? It also has a little bit of sweetness... It also has a little bit of sweetness, but the aftertaste is very refreshing! Ponshukan's sake was honjozo! I'm not sure if my favorite type of sake is I think my favorite type of sake is the Honjozo type. I'm not sure, After traveling to various places 🍶, I think I've come to understand the goodness of junmai sake with its rice flavor. I think I'm more of a honjozo type of person. I saw this in a review of Ponshukan. I didn't feel nutty 🥜 taste 🤔 lol

Summer trip is not yet complete (persistent), but I'll write, I'll write, I'll write. I'll write, I'll write, I'll write: ✍️ Sasa Sundaes that I drank on my autumn trip to Niigata! Sasa Sundaes, for some reason I didn't register 💦. Well, it's a complete packet 🤚. It's so cute, isn't it? My companion bought it for me 🥰 Yuu I'm already at Ponshukan. There are too many cute one-cup glasses! I bought a packet of them at random lol lol lol I originally bought a cute one-cup glass for a chaser at a bar on a business trip to Nagano, Japan. By the way, the Kutani-yaki cups are My companion brought it with her and gave it to me 🎁🥰. It is a sweet and sour sake that makes the most of "acidity" and is light and pleasant to drink in the daytime when the "sun" is shining or on a Sunday when tomorrow is work time. The sake rice is made from the legendary "Kame-no-o" sake rice grown under contract by SORANO Farm, an agricultural corporation in Nishikawa, Nishigama-ku! It's a low al 12%, It is really a white wine with acidity as its main taste! It's like a white wine! I can't keep drinking wine 💦. I can't keep drinking wine 💦 Put the glasses I bought together It was fun to drink in a loose room. ❤️ I'll be back later with other one-cup reviews 🫱 lol

I went to a hormone restaurant "Taiko Banquet" near Echigo-Yuzawa station. I'm going to give you a taste of Takachiyo. (Why didn't you tell me where it was?) Here it is! 100% Miyamanishiki (65% polished rice) Sake meter: +19 Acidity: 1.5 Alcohol content: 16-17 degrees This is actually the exact same size as the one I bought at a roadside station. I bought the same one 🫱 lol +I thought it would be a little bitter since it's +19, but it's a crisp, light, and refreshing beer! It's a very dry sake, but it's not as dry as I thought it would be! It's super dry, but I don't know. It's super dry, but I wonder if it's because it's made with soft water? Is it because of the soft water? LOL! It's perfect for rich-tasting yakiniku (grilled meat)! I've been enjoying "Horumon" which seems to be famous in Uonuma I enjoyed it with all my might. I couldn't help but eat it even though I was drinking 🍶...after all, if you're in Niigata, let me eat white rice🍚 lol! I was so happy to be in Niigata! This is a reminder of the summer brewery tour: ✍️ In the middle of the comparison (I did all of them lol) Matsu Midori Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Hi-ire R6BY It was a challenge for me as a dry sake drinker. I like to drink anything when I travel, lol. The 11th generation brewer, Mr. Ryo Kagiwada, is always trying to improve the balance of "sweetness" and "acidity" in his sake making process every year. The sweetness comes from the sourness at first. The sweetness comes from the sourness at first, and there is a bit of bitterness on the throat (from my memory). I still need more time to understand the unique flavor of fire-roasted sake 😅. It will take me a while to understand the unique flavor of fire-roasting 😅. S.tokyo, which we drank together, was like a white wine 🍷. It was just like a white wine. I often make sake lees soup. I was so happy to see sakekasu on sale! Well, here's my summer memorandum of sake brewery tours. I'm finally going to aggrevate it: ✍️ The main one was a hot spring trip to Lake Tanzawa ♨️ I went to the sake brewery stamp rally in a timely manner. I went there 🍶🍶🍶🍶. First stop was Nakazawa Sake Brewery 👣👣. We compared and compared and we liked I drank "Matsu Midori Special Honjozo" at the ryokan. We also drank it at the ryokan (Japanese inn). You can see the picture at ☺️ At Nakazawa Sake Brewery, we compared different types of sake. I had the impression that most of the s.tokyo and hi-ire sake were sweeter than the others. I had the impression that there were many sweeter ones such as s.tokyo and hi-ire, but the special honjozo is a light and dry sake that goes down your throat like water! I was under the impression that the special honjozo was light and dry with a smooth, watery taste! I bought a 720ml bottle! I bought a 720ml bottle.
