Luxury company dinner party 🦪😋. The second one is "Black Dragon" recommended by a guy in the company. It is a sweet and sour sake that makes the most of "acidity" and is light and pleasant to drink in the daytime when the "sun" is shining or on a Sunday when tomorrow is work time. The sake rice is made from the legendary "Kame-no-o" sake rice grown under contract by SORANO Farm, an agricultural corporation in Nishikawa, Nishigama-ku! It's a low al 12%, It is really a white wine with acidity as its main taste! It's like a white wine! I can't keep drinking wine 💦. Of course, being a rice-producing region, I made sure to visit the Ponshu-kan in Echigo-Yuzawa! I went to Ponshukan in Echigo-Yuzawa! But, I went to "Taiko Banquet" near Echigo-Yuzawa station. I went to a hormone restaurant "Taiko Banquet" near Echigo-Yuzawa station. I'm going to give you a taste of Takachiyo. (Why didn't you tell me where it was?) Here it is! 100% Miyamanishiki (65% polished rice) Sake meter: +19 Acidity: 1.5 Alcohol content: 16-17 degrees This is actually the exact same size as the one I bought at a roadside station. I bought the same one 🫱 lol +I thought it would be a little bitter since it's +19, but it's a crisp, light, and refreshing beer! It's a very dry sake, but it's not as dry as I thought it would be! It's super dry, but I don't know. It's super dry, but I wonder if it's because it's made with soft water? Is it because of the soft water? LOL! It's perfect for rich-tasting yakiniku (grilled meat)! I've been enjoying "Horumon" which seems to be famous in Uonuma I enjoyed it with all my might. This is a reminder of the summer brewery tour: ✍️ In the middle of the comparison (I did all of them lol) Matsu Midori Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Hi-ire R6BY It was a challenge for me as a dry sake drinker. I like to drink anything when I travel, lol. The 11th generation brewer, Mr. Ryo Kagiwada, is always trying to improve the balance of "sweetness" and "acidity" in his sake making process every year. The all-you-can-drink menu here is so seriously exasperating that it's called "all-you-can-drink awesome". I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. And it's only 1499 yen for 60 minutes! 1499 yen for 60 minutes 90 minutes: 1999 yen 2499 yen for 120 minutes and you can drink almost all the local sake you want. LOL! I thought you could drink all you want except for nationally popular sake? I'm sure it is 🙄 . And the menu is extensive! Seriously, I want you to go there. I'd rather this restaurant expand to the Kanto area. LOL! Of course, I'm on a local sake kick 🍶. (Not that I'm in the sake business... lol) Mochi! Since we're in Kiso, it's Nanasho, right? I'm on a business trip to Nagano this time ✨✨. Nakazen Sake Brewery is a 2 minute drive from Kiso Fukushima station. I definitely wanted to go there so I requested my colleague and went straight there lol lol lol. It's already a series of stylish space & attractive Nakanori that is just like a "Sake Space for Sake Lovers 🍶"! I wanted to compare three different kinds of sake, but I didn't have time, so I went for the Nakanori-san (specially cultivated rice Miyamanishiki) Junmai Ginjo 🍶. The aroma is amazing😍! And it's so sharp ✨. And the sharpness ✨. It's a dry sake with a deep flavor! It's just like that! I've already bought the Nakanori set I've already bought a set of Nakanori-san's drink comparison set. I also bought a keg of sake cups: ❤️

Bought on a business trip to Toyama I bought a Kurobe Gorge drinking set on a business trip to Toyama We drank it in the good air at Otaku Pass✨. Kurobe Gorge Junmai Sake - Whisper of Water Sake degree: +5 It really was a whisper of water. LOL! I was drinking it like sara sara sara sara 🙄. It was a dry junmai, but relatively sweet. I remember finishing it quickly even though it was sweet. LOL! It was a good decision to buy tuna sashimi 💯. I drink more when I drink outside. The air was also delicious 😋 lol Dashiraku Pass was very nice 🩷.

I'm off to Toyama for a business trip memorandum ✨. The last one is local sake! Toyama! Haneya Junmai Daiginjo 50 Tsubasa The label that came with it was so cute 🩷🪽 lol! I had it filled to the brim 🍶! Toyama doesn't seem to have a lot of dry sake! But I'm the type of person who wants to drink "local sake" regardless of whether it's dry or not, so I'll take it 🫱 lol I heard that it has been selected as the sake of choice for ANA international business class flights.
