I want to upload it already 🍶. I'm stuck in a traffic jam so the timeline is all over the place. I'll send it to you in a different chronological order 🫱. (Summer 🍶 trip must be complete lol) We had a three-day weekend in Niigata Uonuma and Gunma I had a great time in Niigata Uonuma and Gunma. Of course, being a rice-producing region, I made sure to visit the Ponshu-kan in Echigo-Yuzawa! I went to Ponshukan in Echigo-Yuzawa! But, I went to "Taiko Banquet" near Echigo-Yuzawa station. I went to a hormone restaurant "Taiko Banquet" near Echigo-Yuzawa station. I'm going to give you a taste of Takachiyo. (Why didn't you tell me where it was?) Here it is! 100% Miyamanishiki (65% polished rice) Sake meter: +19 Acidity: 1.5 Alcohol content: 16-17 degrees This is actually the exact same size as the one I bought at a roadside station. I bought the same one 🫱 lol +I thought it would be a little bitter since it's +19, but it's a crisp, light, and refreshing beer! It's a very dry sake, but it's not as dry as I thought it would be! It's super dry, but I don't know. It's super dry, but I wonder if it's because it's made with soft water? Is it because of the soft water? LOL! It's perfect for rich-tasting yakiniku (grilled meat)! I've been enjoying "Horumon" which seems to be famous in Uonuma I enjoyed it with all my might. I couldn't help but eat it even though I was drinking 🍶...after all, if you're in Niigata, let me eat white rice🍚 lol! I was so happy to be in Niigata! I ate it with a lot of hormone on top of the rice! I had to have a quick shot of the super spicy 🍶! You can find us at 〜〜〜〜😮‍💨 I'm so glad I was born in 🌏! I'm so glad I was born in Japan!
