I dig the memorandum 💪✍️ A great uncle of the company I'm going to go to the restaurant, I drank a lot without hesitation this night ✨ lol The first round of drinks was at "Taiping Hai", which was recommended by the restaurant. It is a junmai ginjo-shu pressed in January, bottled and refrigerated, then matured over the summer and shipped in early autumn! What's a bottle enclosure? I thought 👀, It means that the sake is matured in smaller containers, such as hitoto bottles (18L) or ichimasu bottles (1.8L), rather than in tanks with a larger surface area exposed to the air (about 500L for the smallest ones). It seems 🙄. That's still a lot of words I don't know! The taste is already 'fruity! It tastes like a sweet, sour, bitter wine 🥂. I drink what they recommend ✊. I eat raw oysters and drink them 🍶 and they are delicious 🤤! As sparked after this I ordered a big order of the series I wanted to try 🤣.
