The official name is RYUSUISEN Omi Asazumi Miyamanishiki. At about 10 degrees Celsius, it gave me a rather dull impression, but if I chilled it to a crisp, as the label on the back says, the impression changed dramatically, and it became crystal clear and easy to drink. But I don't understand the meaning of "Omi" or "Mazumi". Is it a sake for export purposes🤔.

I received this kind of sake from a resident of Wake-gun, Okayama Prefecture, who told me that it was sold at a hot spring in Wake. I don't know about nationwide, but people buy this sake with the name of Kiyomaro Wake, famous in Okayama, on the label, as a souvenir from the hot spring ♨️. It was made by Itano Sake Brewery, known for its Ginpu. It starts with the umami of rice and acidity, and has a refreshing taste that does not linger. It was a delicious sake that was more dry 🤗The sake rice is Omachi rice.

Although labeled as a junmai sake, it is a junmai ginjo spec with a 55% rice polishing ratio. The sake is firm and the sweetness is rich. The slightly perceptible acidity does a good job, and I don't detect any bitterness or pungency. It's fruity and delicious 😋, but that's the 17% Tottori sake🍶, and if you're not careful, it can hit you hard. Sake rice is unknown.

When I drank it three years ago, I remember it tasted like a petit jewel, like a bud, This time, I found it to be more umami-guchi than I expected, with a strong flavor and a solid outline. My impression was different, but delicious 😋😋💎.

The sake has a sake rice content of 15%, a sake degree of -4, an acidity of 1.3, an amino acidity of 0.7, and a rice polishing ratio of 50%, which is not a given, but for me, the perfect specification. It is a wonderful sake that makes me somewhat happy.

This is another one of our favorites at this time of year. It has a fresh, freshly squeezed feel with a chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chi carbonation. Senkin's clear, clean acidity is delicious 😍🎶. Yamada-Nishiki, 14% pure sake.

A pleasant sweetness with a hint of bitterness. The sweetness slightly outweighs the sourness, and this sensation is irresistible. After all, it is a raw sake made from Kame-no-o with a rice polishing ratio of 45%. I thought it was a carefully brewed gem with a high degree of perfection 😋😋😊. So, 300 check-ins achieved o(^o^)o For someone like me who gets bored easily, this is a great accomplishment \(^_^)/.

What a third bottle of this year's Toyobai, a beauty but not photogenic 😭. Here is a fresh sake chirpy. It has a base of sweetness, wrapped in sourness and bitterness, clean and well balanced on the palate 😋😋, a great sake 😃. Sake rice is unknown.

I drank an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with 20% Yamadanishiki for the koji rice and 80% Gohyakumangoku for the kake rice. The mouthfeel is fresh, sweet and quite acidic, with a long, refreshing sweetness that finishes with bitterness 😋😋😋, Jikin 😍.

This one is massive, mellow, juicy, and delicious 😋😋😋. I drank the first of the new Genshu from Genshu Mai just now. The balance of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity was good, especially the beautiful acidity was pleasant.

I guess they had some extra winter months for the hanpukai, the liquor store had some left over and they gave it to me. Lucky 😃💕 The rice flavor is strong, sweet and bitter. Not as sweet as the basic winter moon 😋.

This sake was aged in red wine barrels for over a year. This is the second bottle in the FUSION series. Rice + Grape = Ume💘 Aroma of plum blossoms, followed by a mild acidity. Mild acidity, followed by a lingering scent of plums, like a base of plum wine, and a subdued taste. This is delicious 😋😋, gulp.

After a long absence, Chiebijin's newest sake is mellow, yet refreshing and easy to drink: 😋😋 The sweetness wraps around the bitterness, intertwining with the ori. The acidity is chirichiri, and the light acidity is delicious. I love how a company from Oita is so particular about using sake rice from Hokkaido ✨.
