Y.ILong time no yamori! This is the first time for me to try Orikarami. The supernatant has a moderate aroma and a gentle sweetness, followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. When mixed with ori, the sweetness increases and the sourness comes out and the bitterness is not so bad anymore! Yamori has no hassle. Umai 😃.

Y.II'm not a fan of sparkling type, so I avoided it, but I thought Kawanakajima would be okay, so I bought it! The aroma was fruity and nice. Sip - well, the carbonation is too strong. The sweetness and umami are blown away by the carbonation, and the bitterness is accentuated. I will drink it again after a few days.

Y.I First time in about two years, first time for ALPHA1! Not too sweet, sour, tangy, slightly bitter, well balanced. I didn't really notice the fruitiness that is written about, but it's low alcohol, so it's easy to enjoy. It is a delicious sake.

Y.II was nervous to open the bottle because it was an active nigori. Was it because it was well chilled? The bottle opened easily. The aroma has a nice ginjo aroma, sweetness, gentle acidity, and a slight bubbly feeling that ends with a bitter taste. It is a delicious sake that is not too sweet, well-balanced, and easy to drink.

Y.IIt's been a while since I've had an Isshaku Suisei, last time was Omachi, but this is my first time with Aizan. The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma! The sweetness starts with umami and ends with some bitterness. The sweetness seems to be stronger than that of Omachi. It is easy to drink with a tangy taste. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake.
