Open the bottle being careful not to spill.
When poured into a glass, it has a slightly sweet aroma of rice.
In the mouth, there is almost no acidity, but rather a carbonation, astringency, and alcohol 🤔.
For a moment I thought it tasted like ☃️ or Retro Sanshiki 💦.
As I drank more, I got the sweetness and umami of the lees in the astringency, with a hint of sourness behind it 🤗.
Day 2: Not even one cup left because I drank too much the day before 💦.
Lactic acid aroma
Full-bodied umami acidity, sweetness, and finally a bitterness to cut through 😊 Not as schwashy as the first day, but just what I was expecting 😊.
