Cold: Mild aroma, delicious rice flavor, slightly floral aftertaste. Failed to drink hot. Made with natural cherry blossom yeast. National Heated Sake Contest 2024 Gold Award in the premium hot sake category. Purchased as a souvenir at "Roadside Station Kokon Denju no Sato Yamato" in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture. Cold: Sweet and sour with a delicious rice flavor. It is easy to drink because it is not too harsh and does not interfere with food. International Wine Challenge 2018 "Champion Sake" (World No.1) The product name comes from the fact that it is brewed with subsoil water from Adatara-yama, a famous mountain in Nihonmatsu that is said to be 40 years old.
