I prefer it to be a little more like room temperature than "kumquat". The desk got soaked with bubbles. What a waste. Sweetness - pear? Peach? Lactic acidity? Bitterness - dry. Just right for a hot day. A four-pack bottle goes by in no time. It's so good.

The sense that it goes in smoothly is impressive. Mildly sweet and tasty. Mineral taste. After swallowing, a little bitterness and spiciness give it a sharp edge. It is very easy to drink. Delicious sake. Awajishima onion, enoki mushroom, cooked tofu with nama shichimi. Au that goes well with it.

Lukewarm sake and baika with myoga and wakame seaweed, Tosa vinegar and vinegared miso. It has a slight brewing sensation, but it's not bad at all. It is refreshing and has a slightly fruity taste. The price is refreshing, and I would like to keep a bottle of this sake on hand every day as a food sake that I never get tired of drinking. Recently, I have a faint infatuation with Tosa Vinegar.

Memorandum. Cork opened. Cold. Little aroma. Sweetness at first sip. Slightly fruity. Spicy when swallowed. If you say "mmmm-mmmm", you've lost one cup of sake. Grilled deep-fried eggplant with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice), dried bonito flakes, kama-age shirasu (dried young sardines), small green onions, and chili pepper. I worked hard for another day.

Firm. Acid, sweet, bitter, spicy, and umami are all present. A little bit of wasanbon. Starts out cold and as the temperature rises, it becomes more and more robust. You can taste the different flavors when it is served cold.

Memorandum. Not too bad, not too bad. Not bad, but not too bad. A little ginjo aroma. Sweet and tasty, a little spicy. No acidity or astringency. This is what I would call a safe everyday sake. The price is also refreshing. I started it cold, but I like it lukewarm. I want to leave it alone for a while and watch it grow. I have a feeling it probably won't change that much.

Bella Drunken Memories. This year's sake is based on the memory of last year's delicious sake. Last year, it was raw sake, and this year, it was fire-brewed. The result is very tasty. The aroma of the wooden casks from the warming up in the sun makes me happy. I think it should be more popular. Even after drinking 4 gos of sake, it's still delicious. I'm happy. I wish it would spread more.

Memorandum of Understanding. First time I heard of this maniacal drink. Room temperature. The acidity is noticeable, and the taste is mellow and brandy-like. With firefly squid marinated in soy sauce. Rice and side dishes. Delicious. It's not something you should drink in gulps, but it's delicious. I realized again the greatness of rice. Japan.

While cooling down from hot sake. With sea squirt. Classic. Smooth on the palate as it gets lukewarm. Slips in. Gentle sweetness of rice. Refreshingly spicy. This is a model of the kind of sake you should drink every day. It is beautiful. I like the adult calmness of hi-iri classics these days. I had another glass of hot sake. It tastes good again even after getting drunk. Soft and fluffy. The balance of sweetness and deliciousness is wonderful.
