Cold. Little aroma. Slightly fruity to elegant wasanbon sweetness. Spicy after swallowing. It is not so much 18 degrees Celsius. It is delicious. I would like to drink it lukewarm.
Chilled. Pear and muscat fruit flavors. Spodliness. Gentle sweetness and fade out. No alu or acidity. Some not-so-pleasant brewing alu. Very easy to drink. Refreshing price. I think it's good. Good taste. I think I'll buy Urasato next.
I had avoided it because I thought I wouldn't like its sweetness, but since it was dry, I decided to give it a try. It was sweet and fruity. It was good, but still not my favorite. It's not very good.
First time to try Koigawa lightly nigori. Warmed up lukewarm. Slightly fruity. Refreshing to slightly spicy with a bit of umami. Astringent. The Kameji Kokahi is very good, and the Koigawa is also very good. The price is also refreshing. If you're looking for a light, heated sake, I highly recommend it.
I bought it again last year. I still like it very much. Cold. Pear juice. Not too sweet, but sweet and fresh. It has a bitter taste and a good sharpness. Potherb mustard, shabu-shabu pork belly, and amberjack radish. Yamagata Masamune
Oden-Den (Oden-Den)" is a sake created by about 30 members of the "Tanada de Jizake wo Tsukuru Kai" (Association for brewing local sake in terraced rice paddies), in an effort to brew sake using pesticide-free rice and carefully selected water to their satisfaction.
The name "Oden-den" comes from the fact that Sanakawachi Village, where this rice is produced, used to produce rice that was offered to Lord Hachisuka, the lord of the Awa Clan, during the Edo period.
It is a fanatical sake even in Tokushima. For now, drink it cold. The aroma is mild. Fruitiness on the palate. After the sweetness and umami, the bitterness, spiciness, and alkalinity come into play. I like it with rape blossoms, orange, soy sauce, and tsukudani (raw wakame seaweed stems). It's good. I'll try it warmed.
It's been about two weeks since I opened the bottle. The sweetness thickened and became spicy, so I heated it up. It was a good decision. The sweetness, which had been harsh in the cold, mellowed out, and I was enveloped in a gentle apple aroma and flavor. I served it with grilled yellowtail, which is less fatty, and soy sauce-soaked yams from the Kurokawa hot springs. Too good. Yay!
Cold. Little aroma. Slight foaming. In one sip, I felt umami, acidity, sweetness, fruitiness, wasanbon-ness, and spiciness all before passing. None of them stood out, but all were very natural. It was a new sensation for me. The Spanish mackerel tataki, potatoes and iburi gakko are not bad either. The price is also cheap. The price was cheap. Lucky!
Cold. 24BY, opened last summer. It's a bit overly cocoa and brandy. But not too rich. Beautiful. Sweet is sweet, but beautiful. Not for the general public, but quite delicious.
Cold. As the name suggests, it is lightly muddy. The aroma is discreetly gorgeous. When you take a sip, it has a gentle sweetness like a pear or spodumene. When you swallow it, it's refreshing and a little spicy. Slightly alkaline.
Delicious.
Chilled. Light mouthfeel from the apple. And pungent. I guess everyone has a different image of super dry, but the difference in height from the lightness makes it super dry. I had it with smoked salmon, potato salad, and sashimi. Sake from Nagano is good. It's good.
Gentle. Pears and apples in the holes with a cherry mainstay. It's smooth. A chilled glass of wine with the girls is advised. I'm getting drunk, so I'm not sure about this memorandum. But I'm sure it's delicious.
Slippery and easy to drink. Moderately sweet and moderately spicy. Gentle flavor. A little fruity and a little wasanbon. It can be enjoyed cold and gulped down. It's delicious.
Junmai Tamahiei is the standard and reliable Junmai. At room temperature. Well-balanced umami and acidity. Firm and gentle. I think it is a good starting point for beginners of sake as a reference point. It can be served chilled or warm, and it has a wide range of culinary uses. I know it's the end of the year, but I love you Shichibondari. I look forward to seeing you again next year. It's delicious.
It's very juicy, and because it's 15 degrees Celsius, there's not much alcohol. It has a hint of white grape and pear. The juice is excellent. Gentle sweetness and sourness. It goes well with a well-chilled wine glass. This is a great wine at a reasonable price. I want another bottle.
Ohatsu. Lieutenant General of Aizu. Fresh. Less aroma. Gentle short sweetness. The fruitiness is gone and there is a piquancy, spiciness and bitterness. I wonder if it will become a little more angular if it sits for a while. Delicious.
