This sake is brewed with Oceto rice and olive yeast.
The color of the bottle is a refreshing olive green, a specialty of Kagawa Prefecture.
The aroma is gorgeous and the attack is fresh and fruity, but before the umami spreads in the mouth, there is a fine, moderate acidity and bitterness, and the finish is sharp. Overall, it was a cohesive and elegant bottle!
