Thank you for having it! Rumiko's Sake Summer Special Junmai Unfiltered!
I purchased this sake on a business trip to Mie from a liquor store with a wide selection of local Mie sake. I purchased this sake because it is a slightly milder version of Rumiko's sake, which is often quite dry.
Although Rumiko's sake has a soft label, it is reasonably dry, sharp, and summery!
Personally, it made me want to eat sashimi, salted and grilled fish on a hot day.
It is the best summer sake! Thank you Rumiko!
