I enjoyed the Nirmiko sake I had the other day, so I wanted to drink the super-harsh sake in that Nakamare and bought it.
The moment I drank it, I was struck by its summery freshness, moderate umami of rice, acidity, and sharpness, and overall, it was easy to drink without any peculiarities! I was expecting it to be super dry, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I have heard that Hiroshima sake is mainly made with soft water, but I realized that even super dry sake can be made so easy to drink depending on the hardness of the water.
I might drink too much.
