祝常陸杜氏
It's been a long time since I've posted... a year...
I like the name "Kotobuki", which means "unlimited life" in Japanese!
Also, the pink label is very spring-like, which I can't wait for.
It's a limited edition, freshly pressed only this time of year by Eiko Fuji.
It has a gorgeous aroma that is typical of daiginjos, a moderate acidity, a refined flavor, and a bit of bitterness that doesn't end up being refreshing in a good way.
It became one of my favorite bottles!
As the brand name suggests, we hope to have a long-lasting relationship with this sake next year and the year after.
