祝常陸杜氏We received the customary zodiac bottle of Tasake, which we purchased at the end of the year but failed to drink at New Year's.
It is light and easy to drink, with a gorgeous taste suitable for the New Year, good acidity and umami, and a crisp finish that leaves a strong aftertaste.
I was impressed by this well-balanced bottle again this year.
