Thank you for being available! Takeyuki BuyuCycle!
The label is very unusual for Takeyuki, who is famous in Ibaraki Prefecture, in that it does not even use the Takeyuki name, but rather a softer label. I was surprised that it was Buyu and bought it.
It has a refreshing, light lychee-like flavor, just the right amount of soft sweetness, umami, and acidity, and a lingering aftertaste that quickly fades away. The magic of soft water, which is one of Takeyoshi's specialties! As a whole, even beginners can enjoy this wine.
Since a few years ago, more and more people have been cycling around Kasumigaura in the southern part of Ibaraki Prefecture, so this was the kind of sake that would be refreshing after a day of cycling.
