Yuki Shuzo, a brewery in Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture, was destroyed by fire, and Nabedana, where we usually buy our sake, is buying the sake that escaped the fire and selling it with a donation of 500 yen per bottle. The labels, which are scratched and damaged in places, are heartbreaking. I bought a bottle to support the relief efforts. We hope for the recovery of the region. I have been curious about this for a long time, but this is actually my first time purchasing it😅. It has a slightly strong sweet, umami, and sour taste all at once 🌊. Al feeling cuts through most of it ✂️. It leaves a mild aftertaste ☘️. It's refreshing without being too persistent ❗ No wonder it's so popular 🤓. Would go well with strong flavored or oily meals ✨.

I didn't hesitate to buy it because the [Shin Takatachiyo] series with a strong Eva flavor was lined up ✨. I just checked and it's the 3rd one... Oh 💦 I must have missed the second one 😣. N type [Sou] nocturne It's more sour and schwarzier than the first E type. It has a sourness and a schwarziness It is just like a rumney 🌸. Since the concept is a daytime sake 12% low alcohol and very easy to drink✨ I might recommend it to someone who is new to sake 🎵 but if you drink it at the wrong pace, it's a bad idea. In mid-May, we will be releasing The 4th O-type [Zero] RAY will be released in mid-May❗ For Eva lovers, you can't miss this one! You can't miss this one 🤓.

I opened a lot of bottles during the New Year. I brought this back as a souvenir. Dewazakura Junmai Ginjo Tsuyahime🌸 It has a moderate sweetness in the mouth. The sourness and the umami come together. After a short delay, a slight bitterness is felt. The finish is moist and lingering. Sweet, sour and delicious rice juice🍹 It's low alcohol (12 degrees) I can drink it easily❗ It's the easiest drink I've ever had. Here is the sake I bought this time✨. Aizu Nakasho "Face up, little by little, forward Aizu Nakasho is a limited edition sake limited edition sake with a message from the brewery. The last "Aizu Nakasho Hiyaoroshi" was my favorite, and the design of the label and limited edition sake raised my expectations 💴 The sake rice "Yume no Koka" produced in Fukushima prefecture is used. It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo ⤴️⤴️. Elegant ginjo aroma rather than floral 🌸 Soft sweetness, umami, and a hint of bitterness. It was a beautiful sake that could be drunk neatly ☘️.

Takachiyo Sake Brewery's 59 Takachiyo Miyamanishiki I was fascinated by the light blue label and the refreshing color of the bottle❗. Gorgeous sweetness and sourness🌸 It is not too heavy and can be drunk with a sense of satisfaction. It is my favorite type🤓 It's 500ml so it will be gone soon lol
