I opened a full bottle for today's New Year's party✨.
The Kitashizuku raw is a limited edition made to order product.
It's wonderful! As soon as you feel the juicy firing sensation, you can feel the acidity on the side of your tongue. The aroma is a hint of pineapple and rum. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to stop drinking it because it disappears so quickly🎶.
I'm sure you'll agree that it's a very nice sake.
I'll be actively buying Nabeshima's raw sake again this year!
