A friend gave me a bottle of Instrument Masamune that I'd heard so much about ✨It's juicy and delicious with a melon or pear like aroma! Even a hint of gasiness. I was even more surprised when I heard the price! This is good✨.

A hint of sweetness spreads in the mouth. After the sweetness, I immediately felt the sourness and alcohol, which quickly disappeared. If this is designed, it is an artistic taste. This feeling is the one and only taste that only Lohman has. I have already become a prisoner of Lohman.

Resting Bird. I am embarrassed by my drunken review. Lohma hits you straight in the middle with a strike. I'm looking forward to your review of Jun Dai!

A friend gave me a bottle of Kaze no Mori, the one I was most curious about from your post! It popped and smoked like champagne when I opened the bottle lol. It had a pizzazz to it and was like yogurt? Lactic acid drink? It has a richness like a yogurt? It's as good as they say it is! I loved it from the first shot!

As it says on the back, it does indeed have a melon-like ginjo aroma. Still, it's not as strong as Bunkajins or Ro-Man. It is sour and alcoholic, but mellow. It's got a nice gentle taste to it!

Maybe it's the convenience of the liquor store that I like, but Oze no Yukidoke seems to have a strong sense of anticipation for the season, whether it's summer sake or hiyaoroshi. It seems to be the first in line. It is very soft on the palate and has a pear-like ginjo aroma. It has a sweet aftertaste and lingers in the mouth. As the label says, it seems to go well with the taste of autumn. It will go well with sauteed mushrooms and simmered dishes rather than sashimi.

I was torn to shreds by an adverse reaction to a vaccine. I was going to drink it after the vaccine, my favorite Bunkajins! I really like this melon feeling. I really like this melon feeling. It's like biting into a sweet melon. This is the fourth bottle of Bunkajins I've had this year.

The Shinshu Kameari! It is ranked as Junmai-shu, but it doesn't matter! The slight foaming sensation and acidity is Shinshu Kameari itself. It doesn't have much Ginjo aroma, but I think many people like it because it is rather refreshing. It is the best drunk feeling.

I've been curious about this for a while, but this is my first time drinking it at Da Ling. This is my impression when I opened the bottle. A lot of acidity! I've never had a sake with this much acidity before. It has an aroma like pineapple and a feeling of alcohol. The sharpness disappears quickly. Now I know what everyone means when they say it's delicious. A new discovery! You'll never know until you try it!

It is fragrant and pineapple-like. It is soft and mellow on the palate, and you can feel the high level of rice polishing. However, it is not too sweet and has a pleasant crispness that pulls off easily. As you continue to drink it, you will feel the spiciness of Soal. The gap between the mouthfeel and the aftertaste is pleasant! This is dangerous!

This wine enters the mouth with a slight effervescence, and the aroma blossoms. It has a pear-like aroma and at the same time you can feel the acidity and it disappears quickly. It's a magical sake whose comfort is so irresistible that you can't help but carry it in your mouth over and over again! It's irresistible! I'm in love with it! It's the best!

My first impression was "It's so sweet! was my first impression. It was called "apple acidity", so it had an apple taste, but this taste was the same as white wine with strong acidity. It would be a perfect white wine if it had a mineral taste, but that's rice. It is soft and plump and expansive in the back. It may not be fizzy, but I discovered that you can feel the fizziness even with the acidity. I felt the same sensation as a chilled white wine.

It has a gassy, rammy feel to it. It's not as juicy as Natsu Jun, but you can feel the alcohol and the acidity and it's crisp and delicious. It's amazing that this cost less than 3,000 yen! It is suitable for a fine evening drink.

It's delicious! It blossoms with a buzz in your mouth. At first it's pear-like with an immediate ramune flavor. Juicy with lots of sweetness, yet refreshing to drink, but plenty of lingering flavor on the nose. #Sake is a vaccine for the soul← Got the point!!! #Serum of Life← What's a serum? It's so playful it made me smile!

The interesting thing about Nabeshima is that it is like a wine whose taste gradually blossoms after opening the bottle. Slight foaming. It has a pear-like ginjo aroma. After a faint sweetness, you can feel the sourness and the bitterness of alcohol. It's a summer sake that leaves your mouth feeling refreshed! I find it profound to know that Nabeshima has such a different expression.

After the opening of the bottle, it becomes mellow and full and completely different from the first impression. It is soft on the palate and has a lot of acidity, doubling the flavor.

The top note at the time of opening the bottle was a pungent, inorganic flavor, but when it was allowed to air, it had a banana-like fruitiness. It has a mild but mellow flavor with depth when tasted well. It is beautiful and the sweet flavor disappears smoothly in the mouth. It's a fine wine with deep flavor.

The owner tells me to be careful when opening the bottle, and when I open it fearfully, the gas comes out with a puff. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a swooshing sensation that reminds you of a slightly carbonated drink. The top note is like muscat. There is a hint of minerality along with acidity. It's sure to be gone soon, as the nose goes right off the palate! A great bottle to start off a drinking session where you'll want to open the next one because if you drink it with someone, you'll run out of bottles in no time!

The ginjo aroma spreads throughout the mouth. The mouthfeel is heavy and thick, and the tongue feels a clear acidity and a rich sweetness. It is a little different from Sharaku which has a strong impression of being smooth and beautiful. But the taste is Sharaku. It is juicy and delicious!

We've been waiting for you! Summer Jun Gin with a haunted label! Slight foaming, mellow ginjo aroma. This is the kind of ramune that adults shouldn't let their children drink! A bottle of ramune opened at a summer festival. When you open a bottle of ramune at a summer festival, the marble inside seems to disappear while you're trying to get it out.

It is a wonderful sake wrapped in Japanese paper while pretending to be a honjozo. It is soft and full in the mouth. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma when it contains air. It has a lot of room to breathe. It is much better than a bad daiginjo, which is just a temporary form of honjozo.
