It is made from 73% polished Asahi rice, Akebono rice, and Akihikari rice, which are all specialties of Okayama Prefecture.
It was said to have a melon-like ginjo aroma, but the pear-like scent pulls through quickly. It's gassy and full of freshness, but it disappears mysteriously and effortlessly 😲 As you drink more and more, the sweetness and lingering flavor lingers on your tongue and lingers ⤴️.
It's a great sake ✨I'm sure it'll be gone before I know it this week, too!
