Buy at the store The brand name is French, which is used by winemakers, and when combined with the product name, the Japanese reading is "Soga Family Generation 100 Years Ago. The fact that it is made by mixing and fermenting two old yeast strains in the "nama-hashiroshi" style gives a sense of 100 years of time. The easy-drinking version is Numerosis, which I drank before, but it is more like sake, full of flavor, and also delicious (although both are sake).

Buy at the store Drink and Support Ishikawa Prefecture" on the neck POP I bought it because I wasn't looking for anything in particular. It is well-balanced and can be warmed up, but I think it tastes better lukewarm.

Buy at the store The liquor store informed us to reserve a bottle, and being caught by the limited edition, we did so again this year. Slightly sparkling sweet and sour, it was popping every time I opened it.

Purchased at the store Even though the liquor store announced the arrival information in the morning, it was sold out by regular time. The fourth arrival information was in the afternoon, so I was able to get it. It was delicious and tasted similar to Shinmasa, a Japanese sake brewed by a winemaker in the off-season. 💮

Visit to the brewery The name of this sake is "Jinden", which is the same as the toji's name. When I told the staff that I wanted to drink it warmed, they recommended this one. It has the same direction as the Daiginjo Hana no Aroma, but has a bitterness and miscellaneous flavors in the aftertaste. When heated, the alu aroma stands out a little, but the bitterness eases and the sweetness is quite nice.

Visit to the brewery. The brewery became popular with a female toji, and it seems that her younger brother is now brewing the sake. It was a modern sake with a slight effervescence, smooth taste, and a slight sweetness.

Store. This year we decided on Tomikunaga, an event where sake pressed in the morning can be drunk on the same day. The name of the sake is the same as the toji's name, Biho, which translates to "Miho" in Japanese, and it is a fresh, classic sake. Fresh and classic, it tasted different from Hachiganso, but it was refreshing and easy to drink.

At a sake bar. Among the master's selections, this was the best of the day. This sake was brewed by a sake shop (Rajomon) on behalf of Shuho Sake Brewery. It was modern, sweet, tasty, and low in alcohol.

Store. Golden Chun Chun, or Golden Sparrow, is unusually popular at SAKETIME. We bought it after being told of a liquor store with a large distribution volume at a tourist exchange center. It has a sweet ginjo aroma like pineapple, and a smooth, umami-like finish with a slight citrus bitterness, but not enough to be bothersome, and it is very sharp. It was a taste of bliss.

I wonder if this is your first time here, my name is Makosuke. Daiginjo... it's delicious, isn't it? It's a little more expensive than other Kinjaku's, so it's easier to get. It's a little more expensive than the other Kinjaku's, so it's easier to get. (lol).

Hello, makosuke-san. It is great to see Kinjaku in the Hall of Fame. I bought it in Iwakuni City on a road trip, as it is rarely available in local liquor stores. Even there, there were only two bottles, this one and another expensive one.

Bought at a store. I bought it after reading the specs for hot sake for New Year's, but when I warmed it up, it lost its balance, so I drank it cold. It was slightly effervescent, sweet and sour, juicy, and delicious cold.
