This is the Kamo Kanehide version of the "In the Night Sky After the Rain" series, which is specially brewed by the liquor store.
This sake was released in the hope that one day it would get better when consumption was down in Corona.
We enjoyed it again this year.

I found it at a supermarket when I gave up on it. It's a sake that is a model of how much time and effort goes into making a good sake, and I'm glad I got to try it again this year.

The owner of the bar offered us a rare sake.
It is a compliant rice (a sibling variety crossed with a close relative of Yamada-Nishiki) registered as a variety by a major brewer, Hakutsuru,
It is like Jyushiyo's Sake Mirai, and it seems to be supplied by Hakutsuru to breweries that can brew it well.
