My favorite hana-yori Stable pineapple 🍍 Orikagami, and I felt the most rice I've ever felt + I felt the flavor change as I drank it. It was very cloudy at the end, and the sweetness was so strong that I thought it was a juice. It is a bit carbonated, so be careful not to lick and drink it. (I was soaked 3 times).

This sake was also given to me by a friend. A stable crop, very tasty 😋. Sweetness with a hint of apple and a firm sharpness. Hakutsuru-nishiki, I've never heard of it before. I guess Hakutsuru has something to do with it, but where is it sold, I've never seen it!

This sake has been on my mind since last year. It was just in the summer when I got into sake, so we have been meeting for over a year! It is a rare sake that is officially recommended to be served on the rocks! I had it on the rocks as recommended! Refreshingly cool with a hint of herbs and lime The strength of the flavor is as strong as the ice. If you have never had sake before, you should try it because I think it will change your concept of sake! I honestly want to buy another bottle.

A friend gave me a birthday present. I received a little rare Daishichi It has a strong flavor and is crisp and dry! Very delicious 😋. It's a taste that goes well with a meal, and when I realized it, it was gone!

Senkori no hanami A good label for the season. Lightly cloudy sake The cloudy sake I've had so far has a direct rice flavor and a slightly bitter taste, but this is the best and easiest to drink! Thanks to the acidity that is typical of Senkou, it is refreshing! I think even sake beginners can drink it.

Stable hana-yori Pineapple-like aroma and taste Delicious Very delicate with 40% polish. But it's not as good as the others I've tasted so far. I think it's too delicate and the umami is not as strong as it should be. This may be a good thing, though.

Quite tasty. Grapefruit-like freshness and Juicy flavor Slightly carbonated, with just enough bubbles to form in the bowl if you let it sit for a bit. It's wonderful that there is almost no bitterness in spite of the carbonation. Compared to the Aizan I had last time, I much prefer the taste of this one! Kangiku is generally great👍!

Juicy Sake A double combo of 90% polished sake and sake yeast yeast yeast. It's a completely different vector from the usual sake, but quite delicious! The color is slightly brown. Not sure if this is due to the yeast or the low polish. Mellow and sticky taste and aroma Sweetness like tortoiseshell candy. After swallowing, there is a slight burning sensation on the tongue. I'll try to do a proper review once in a while.

sequential artwork I prefer this one to the last one. It's between mellow and refreshing. Aroma is similar, a little banana. Also, I'm happy to see that this one has 750 bottles instead of 720! If you drink it at your usual pace, you may end up with "a little too much? at the end.

Sake with a gentle and crisp taste Different vector from Aizan which I drank before It was chilled to the brim with a refrigerator bug, It tastes best when it's a little tepid. Be careful about the temperature when you drink it! Never too cold (though it's your taste, so you can do as you like).

HANA-YOSHITSU again Miyamanishiki, unfiltered, raw sake The aroma is buggy and so fruity that it is hard to believe it is sake! The color is a little cloudy due to the fact that it is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake. The taste is also fruity and sweet. It tastes too good, and it will be gone soon. I definitely want to repeat!

I bought this when I stopped by Kanazawa. It is a junmai ginjo, so the taste is similar to that of otters, but clearer (although it says mellow on the back). It's a very good sake! Personally, I think I have unconsciously shied away from places that serve sake in cups, but it was delicious, and I felt like I shouldn't be picky about what I like or dislike.

Longed for Tobiroki Black Label One of the reasons I wanted to start sake was because I wanted to get a bottle of Tobiroki in Fukushima. The taste is very strange. Every time I drink it, I have a slightly different impression of it. First of all, it goes well with food. The combination with bonito tataki (grilled bonito) was amazing! When drunk on its own, the mellow and crisp taste of the rice is very satisfying. Very tasty! Not my most favorite flavor.

Sake that is a little adventurous and different from the usual Color is slightly yellowish, just a little bit, really. Taste is syrupy sweet The aroma is quite unique and plant-like in flavor Apparently the syrup is refined from agave, which is used to make tequila, and then combined with it. Interesting craft series!
