Kido after a long time It has all the elements you need to pair it with a meal. I paired it with a seafood bowl and it was so good I thought I was going to fly away. Crisp, dry, mellow and clear taste. It's so good, and it's only 1,500 yen! Too cheap, I'm afraid!

お気に入りの赤武 最近は新しい銘柄に手が伸びず、お気に入りの銘柄ばかり買ってしまう また新しいものが飲みたいモチベが上がることを信じて、、、 最近？ナラカという日本酒が出たみたいですね、これは飲んでみたい 話がそれましたが、 赤武の生酒、嫌なところが一切ない マスカットを感じる味わいと香り 透明感、というかサラッとしていてとても美味しい

Hana-yori, which has been laid up for about six months. It's been a while since I've had a Huahiyoke, but it's just too good! The pineapple-like acidity, mellow flavor, and fruity ginjo aroma are just too good! I was reminded once again that HANAHODASHIKI has a unique character not found in other Japanese sake. Other than availability, it is wonderful!

Too delicious. Mellow flavor and muscat-like fruity taste that fills the mouth. This may be the best Akabu I've ever had! There were bubbles on the sake bottle right after opening it, and it was quite carbonated! I don't think there is anyone who can drink this and say they don't like sake.

Mellow sweetness and green apple-like aroma There is also a slight refreshing coolness. All in all, very tasty! I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Jigen as well, so maybe I'll do a review on the 100th bottle! I learned for the first time today that there are a lot of sake called Takasago! The last one I drank was honestly..,

Tasake no Yamahai You are a rare person in Tokyo, Tasake I saw a 50 year old bottle recently. If you have a chance, (I'm sure it will be sold out the next time you go there...) I used to be aware that Yamahai has a peculiar habit, but this one is not so peculiar and has a fruity aroma. Also, it is rather sweet, delicious, yamahai is good!

Another favorite Sharaku Fruity aroma like banana spreads as soon as it is poured. The juicy taste is also wonderful! Akaban Omachi? This is the first time I have had Akaban Omachi. The label is red, too cool, right?

I was curious about Otters blue. It's pretty good! To be honest, I prefer it to regular otters. It is sweet, mild and fruity. I just think it's a bit expensive. Regular otters are expensive, though. If you are interested, it's worth buying.

First Kuroryu in my life First Kijoshu in my life Astonishingly sweet and surprisingly astonishing (said twice). The seller said it was like a dessert wine, and I think that is an accurate description. The aroma and sweetness like candy, I can't describe it well. Personally, I like it very much! But it may change your image of sake at all! I wonder if this is the basic concept of kijoshu. I'm curious about other kijoshu too!

Memorable Sake This was the first Ding I purchased in my life. Thank you so much to the owner for recommending it to me! This time I will have it in the fall (though it is still summer). The ginjo aroma reminded me of muscat, and the taste was smooth and mellow. I will continue to enjoy this sake as one of my most memorable sakes!

Looks like a royal summer sake The clear bottle and light blue label are sneaky. I fell in love with it at first sight and bought it! Well balanced with sharpness, dryness and mellow umami The ginjo aroma passes through the nose I'm afraid it's too cheap because it's only about 1500 yen. I would buy it even if the price was raised a little more.

is said to mean "God resides which is said to mean "God dwells". I first drank it at a sushi restaurant where they don't rotate, and it was so good that I bought it again! I've had Mimuro cedar before, but this one tastes much better! Personally, I think this sake is better drunk by itself, not with a meal. It has a mellow taste and the juiciness spreads all over your mouth. And yet it's so reasonably priced, it's a total bust! Everyone who likes sweet sake should buy it!

Just like an apple x just like a melon My first time to buy a jacket! I wasn't going to buy it, but I liked the fruity taste, so I found myself at the register. It tastes more like a melon. I think this fruity taste is a great cosmetics for about 1500 yen.

Long time no see Akabu Lately, my whiskey and sake motivations are getting toned down. Mellow sweetness with hints of apple, pineapple and grapefruit Dryness as it goes down your throat I think this is one of my favorite Akabu's. We enjoyed it while taking our time to enjoy the changes in temperature.

Long time no post My parents brought this as a souvenir from their trip to Hokkaido, and I'm grateful to have it! It is as sharp and dry as the name "dry" suggests! However, the rice flavor and sweetness are also present. The aroma is almost banana-like! It goes well with sashimi!

When I went mountain climbing in Tochigi Sake recommended by the owner of a sake store Mellow flavor with a firm sharpness. The explosive aroma of this sake is quite interesting. The price is also very reasonable at around 1,500 yen! The rice used is said to be special. It's not sold very often, so you might want to look for it when you visit Tochigi. It's good to buy the owner's recommendation once in a while!
