The alcohol content is low, 13 degrees. It's really like water when opened, with no peculiar cloying taste. It is certainly easy to drink and tasty, but I felt it was lacking. After a little bit of time, the aroma and taste became stronger and more to my liking.
I got it as a souvenir at the Bikan Historical Park when I visited Okayama during Golden Week. It has a rich mouthfeel and spreads sweetness but is light at the end. It may be tasty warmed up.
I saw Rui Yoshida drinking Oaihei in a bar wandering show and looked up Makino Shuzo and found Macho with a pop label. I looked up a liquor store in Osaka where I could buy it and got it. It is raw and shwashy, with a mild sweetness and aroma in the mouth, but the aftertaste is quite refreshing! It is a very tasty sake 🍶.
I got it for drinking at home because it was good after drinking it before! It's good but has a strong bitter taste. I think it would be better to leave it for a while.
It is an assemblage of Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Kame-no-o. It is refreshing, alcohol-free, and very easy to drink. A portion of the purchase price will be donated to Turkey and Syria, both of which were affected by the earthquake and tsunami.
I dropped by CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2023 at ROPPONGI HILLS for a short visit while I was in Tokyo. Shinmasa Sake Brewery was there, but there was a long line and I didn't have time, so I tried some other sake. They were all very tasty and the food and music were great. I found another new sake 🍶.
The aroma is broad and somewhat heavy on the palate, but crisp and dry. Is this the acidity! I preferred to drink it a while after opening the bottle 🍶.
We went to visit Ojin Shrine and had Miwa somen for lunch. On the approach to the shrine, there is a store directly owned by Imanishi Sake Brewery, and I got a bottle of their seasonal sake. It is a very easy to drink sake with a sweet taste. I wish I had bought a bottle. The main brewery was closed on Sunday, so I had to leave the sake for the day. Sake ice cream was also good 🍨.
Banana-like aroma, crisp and easy to drink. The sweetness spreads in the mouth and the taste is refreshing at the end. The aroma was more than usual, probably because I drank it in a wine glass.
It has a bitterness in the fruity taste with a touch of schwash. When I opened the bottle, the cork flew out like champagne. I prefer it when it is cooled down to a crisp. I think I prefer the Daiginjo Yamadanishiki. But if you take cost performance into consideration, the overall evaluation is high.
It was slightly effervescent and refreshing, but also sweet, with a slight bitterness at the end. The bitterness suppresses the sweetness and gives it a well-balanced aftertaste. Be careful not to drink too much.
It tastes like grapefruit. It will go well with any dish. It is crisp. But I can't tell if the crispness is grapefruit or the smell of alcohol. I don't like the smell of alcohol, but I think I can manage to drink it crisp and tasty. It is a different genre from Kaze no Mori and Matsumoto, which I have been drinking recently.
