My first Laughing Four Seasons Sake Brewery 😆 I think it has sweetness and spiciness in the acidity and can be used as a food sake. I feel newness in traditional sake.
The sake shop went to the brewery early in the morning on March 14 to pick up the sake, and it was sold on the same day as the name "This Morning Shibori-shibori". This sake is super freshly pressed. The sake was fresh and tasty, although it was strong in alcohol content. Thanks to the sake brewer's hard work.

Sake that came with a set of festive dishes purchased at Yamanaka Sake Shop. Received at Sakafune on New Year's Eve. When I ordered, they asked me what I liked and gave me the store's choice of sake 🍶 It also seemed to be a limited edition sake, and I was hooked, as I have a weakness for limited edition sake. I was very happy to find that the sake was better than I had imagined. It was very fruity and easy to drink! The sake was very fruity and easy to drink, and it went well with the obsechi dishes! I would like to repeat my purchase next year...and I hope to visit Sakafune many times this year!

The alcohol content is a little high in the original sake, but it is a delicious sake with sweetness and aroma on the palate without any alcohol taste. As expected of Hououmida👍I have a weakness for limited editions. I couldn't resist picking it up. But it was definitely delicious.
Matsumoto Sake Brewery is the best. I went to Fushimi to get it. It is a sake that is distributed only in Kyoto and is not often seen. It has a clear, acidic taste. The alcohol content is 13%, so you can gobble it up. I love the tanginess. The label is also cool. I wonder if there are more in this series.
I got it at the Ehime booth at the Traveling Salad Expo at Grand Front. When I opened it, it had a tangy and shwashy feeling. It is a rather refreshing, watery type of sake that can be drunk without hesitation. However, it is a well-balanced sake with a certain amount of aroma. Ehime Sakurahime yeast is used.
I got this at a liquor store in Tanba Sasayama, using Hyogo Sake85 sake rice. The aroma is softly sweet, and I thought it might be a sweet sake, but when I drank it, the sweetness changed to a refreshingly dry taste in my mouth. It is a sake that goes well with all kinds of food as a food sake.
I bought this sake as a souvenir when I went on a trip to Kinosaki Onsen in July. Is it my imagination that it tastes somewhat like crab? I think it is a sake that goes well with crab 🍶 I can taste some acidity, probably due to the lactic acid yeast.
