KuriDrank cold with my Pathfinder group.
This sake was delicious! I think it would be a great intro sake for people curious to try. It was refreshing, dry, refined, floral, and tingly, very Ginjo. I will definitely drink this again!
RoyskiI got the chance to visit Rihaku and I knew of them from drinking Wandering Port and Dreamy Cloud in the US. Caro stuck out to me, not just from the pink color from the black rice used. It is a light body with a medium acidity. Not very sweet and even finishes a little tart for the front of the toung. The back and sides of the toung is where it feels sweet for the first part of the after taste. The soft sweetness reminds me a bit of kampyo. Delightful sake for the mouth and eyes.
