Kiyotaku
We visited a sake brewery to get it. There was a picture of Hidetoshi Nakata when he visited the store. He seemed to like the taste and took a tour of the brewery. I got a small cedar ball as a souvenir. Next time I visit, I would like to have a meal at Tenku across the street from the brewery. The taste of Amano Sake was sweet with a sweet rice flavor, but the aftertaste was dry and refreshing. The alcohol content was 17%, making it feel like a traditional sake.
