Limited edition sake sold for last year's Kaze no Mori Weeks in Shinsaibashi, Osaka🍶I think this event surprised even those who are not familiar with Kaze no Mori with its deliciousness. This, this, this! It has a good balance of acidity and lightness without sacrificing the characteristics of Kaze no Mori, and it's so good that you can drink it without hesitation! It's hard to describe, but it's like feeling the deliciousness of rice sugar. I think it goes well with chocolate! It is really delicious 😋 It is beyond the genre of sake! I got some sakekasu from Kaze no Mori. I put it in miso soup and it was delicious and rich. It might also be good in amazake or baked as it is. ‼️

Last fall, on the way back from a roadside station in Kyoto for ayu fish catching & barbecue, I stopped by a kiln in Tanba Sasayama. There is a sake brewery near there, and a cold fresh straw! Fresh and spicy impression!

Souvenir purchased at Hana-no-Mai Sake Brewery. 3 kinds of sake in a can bottle. Junmai Namaishu, Aromatic Junmai Namaishu, and Wine yeast brewed Namaishu🍶 Each had its own character and freshness🤭.

I got it at a brewery I stopped at on a trip. The tasting is pour yourself as much as you want style. I was allowed to taste various kinds of sake. It was a little more traditional sake, but delicious.

I got this during a summer trip to the Mt. There is a sake brewery at the roadside station, and they say it is the closest sake brewery to Mt. As I recall, there was a draft version, but since I was traveling during the summer, I bought this one. It was a light, cloudy sake with a pleasantly varied flavor.

Up 🍶 a sake I got and drank on my Golden Week trip. It is a raw sake from Hakurei Shuzo. The packaging is also very un-Japanese sake-like, with an image like white wine. It looks like they are trying something new. The taste is very fresh and delicious. The other colors are also unique and interesting.

I visited Mukai Sake Brewery and got this during my trip to Amanohashidate area during Golden Week. I bought it when I had lunch at Ine and saw the person next to me drinking it with relish. It is made from ancient rice and has a unique color, taste, and aroma 🍶 At first I thought it had a strong habit and wondered what it was, but after drinking it on the rocks or with soda, I began to enjoy its habit. The aroma and taste are reminiscent of the syrup you get when you catch a cold. I forgot to try it hot, so I will try it when I have a chance.

This is my first time to try Shinomine. I thought it would be a traditional type of sake that I don't like because of the sound of the name, but it's really delicious! Nara's sake is delicious 😋, easy to drink and tasty.
