Up 🍶 a sake I got and drank on my Golden Week trip.
It is a raw sake from Hakurei Shuzo. The packaging is also very un-Japanese sake-like, with an image like white wine. It looks like they are trying something new. The taste is very fresh and delicious. The other colors are also unique and interesting.

I visited Mukai Sake Brewery and got this during my trip to Amanohashidate area during Golden Week. I bought it when I had lunch at Ine and saw the person next to me drinking it with relish. It is made from ancient rice and has a unique color, taste, and aroma 🍶 At first I thought it had a strong habit and wondered what it was, but after drinking it on the rocks or with soda, I began to enjoy its habit. The aroma and taste are reminiscent of the syrup you get when you catch a cold. I forgot to try it hot, so I will try it when I have a chance.

This is my first time to try Shinomine. I thought it would be a traditional type of sake that I don't like because of the sound of the name, but it's really delicious! Nara's sake is delicious 😋, easy to drink and tasty.

My first Laughing Four Seasons Sake Brewery 😆 I think it has sweetness and spiciness in the acidity and can be used as a food sake. I feel newness in traditional sake.

The sake shop went to the brewery early in the morning on March 14 to pick up the sake, and it was sold on the same day as the name "This Morning Shibori-shibori". This sake is super freshly pressed. The sake was fresh and tasty, although it was strong in alcohol content. Thanks to the sake brewer's hard work.

The other day, I got it at Okage Yokocho. It was very crowded because of Chinese New Year and three consecutive holidays. Traffic jam on the way back was 50 km 😅.
It has a sweet aroma like candy spreading in your mouth, but the aftertaste is refreshing. Very tasty 😋.
