Koei-Kiku Unfiltered Nama Sake Twilight Orange I was awakened to sake by Saga's Nabeshima. I wanted to try some other Saga sake, so I rushed out to the liquor store to buy the only bottle left. It was really interesting, fresh orange at first, then cemedine as everyone says after opening the bottle, and then mellowed out in the second half.

Loman Zero Man Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake Shop This is the first time to drink Loman. It has a sweet aroma, a sweet but tasty sweetness in the mouth, and a nice lingering feeling in the mouth. Another favorite of mine has been added. It is delicious.

Nanaken Junmai Ginjo Silky Snow Time Enter sake time and try anything. This time it was a sake from a brewery that uses the same water near Hakushu whiskey brewery. I know that water has something to do with the taste of sake, but I am an amateur so I don't know that much about it. However, it is refreshing and tasty, and has a very good taste.

Kunmai Daiginjo Omachi by Kuushinin Kuheiji This is a cup of sake after coming home from work until today. The taste of Kuzujin Kuheiji is also gentle and soothing. I couldn't resist and started drinking it before dinner. Omachi is delicious.

Nabeshima Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo More umami and sweetness on the second day after opening the bottle. This is what I look forward to when it's raw, and this is what I like about it. Nabeshima showed us how good sake can be.

Senkou United Arrows Snowman I bought it because of its cute illustration. When I drank it, the top clear part was delicious. It tastes even better when mixed. I'm going to eat meat at home today. It goes well with meat dishes!

Amami Shinshu Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama Yesterday I drank some wine, which I don't like very much for Christmas, and today I drank sake for the first time in a long time. I have had Tenbi before and it is a very gentle and easy-drinking sake. This nigori nama is even gentler. You can see the kindness of the master brewer. The supernatant is delicious! It tastes great when mixed.

Bikuyo Kaoru Daiginjo This is my first sake from Kochi. My junior colleague went to Kochi and bought this sake at a liquor store and sent it to me. It was a perfect match for me. Nice aroma, not too sweet, easy to drink! Sake from Kochi is also delicious!

Daishinshu Junmai Daiginjo Tankoba-zume Nama It is the first time to drink any sake. Daishinshu is also a first for me. It was said to be like an apple, and it is. It is refreshing and fruity. It is delicious.

Hakkaiyama Special Junmai Namaizume The first time I drank it, it tasted dry, classic, and bitter. I was surprised when I drank it after watching a video of a liquor store that said such sake can be changed by drinking it in a bell bowl. As it turned out, the taste was mellowed. It is delicious.

Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki New sake is delicious. I drank a little yesterday, and the taste is different on the first day and the second day: is it spicy on the first day, or is it sweet on the second day? It's fun like that.

Reizan Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 40% polished rice Sake from Aso, Kumamoto. The alcohol content is 17% and it is a little bit guttural. It is intoxicating. It is a little different from other Yamadanishiki sake I have had. Is it because of the Kumamoto yeast? It has a rich aroma and a strong taste. It's a little more classic. It is delicious.

Akabu Junmai Shu NEWBORN Nama Shu At first, the taste is light and refreshing. As you drink two or three more cups, you gradually notice the flavor. You can also taste the sweetness. New sake at this time of year is delicious.

A recommended drink at the familiar kappo counter. Aozora Junmai Daiginjo Limited Sake, Yamadanishiki. This is a sake I did not know. It is a little spicy, but the sweetness and fruity taste comes later. It is delicious.
