Sakeya Hachibei Junmai Shiboritate Gohyakumangoku
I bought this sake from Mie Prefecture because I found it at a liquor store and thought it had an interesting name. I later looked it up on the Internet and found it even has the inadvertent name Hachibei!
Unlike the name, the taste is great. It has a good aroma, a good taste, and a slightly sweet aftertaste.
