I had never tasted a sake made with 90% polished rice, and I was excited to see what kind of taste it would have!
One sip and it was very juicy!
It had a fruity and delicious flavor that you would not expect from a 90% sake, and it was wonderful!
It also has a spicy, numbing spiciness that gives it a sense of power or gravity.
I think anyone would find it delicious,
Omatists will be even more delighted with this gem!
