Only 180 liters are produced, so it is not easy to find. We are very grateful to have found a bottle that is not only precious but also full-flavored.

It is a delicious one from Nagano. It is hard to find in stores. Moreover, it was a combination of the two. Of course it tastes good.

I have been drinking Yamato Shizuku for a long time, but this Mimosa Yellow has a very beautiful label. The taste is also very refreshing.

I have always liked Yamamoto, but I had high expectations for this sparkling wine. It is slightly cloudy and a bit bland. I like the taste. If you don't mix it because it is sparkling, it becomes a pure white drink at the end.

This is the third Brilliance. Brilliance is originally expensive, but Banshu Aizan stands out among them. The other sake rice varieties are also delicious, so I did not feel the difference as much as the price. They are all delicious. The higher the price, the higher the expectation.

This is a slightly higher grade version of Kamo Nishiki. It is well-balanced just because we are particular about it.

This is a luxurious Jyushiyo drinking comparison. I preferred the Ginsen, but the Nakadori Unfiltered is also quite tasty when drunk on its own.

This is a luxurious Jyushiyo drinking comparison. I liked the Gin-sen a little sweeter than the Nakadori unfiltered.
