As the name "dry" implies, the sharpness is excellent.
However, it is easy to drink and sweet enough to convince even me, a sweet-tooth drinker, and in addition, the carbonation characteristic of the raw taste is extremely delicious!
It is the best sake that has both sweetness and aroma while having the goodness of dry sake (clean and strong alcohol taste).
It makes me want to buy a bottle!
