The 55 is a rich junmai ginjo that is easy to drink, yet has a strong rice flavor.
The dryness was restrained and the sake had a nice richness and aftertaste.
One that I bought at Sakata station on a nostalgic Cassiopeia trip when I was short on time.
A sparkling sake, probably the best type I've ever had in a wine glass.
