Happy New Year 🎍. For the first sake of the year 2025, I chose this one so that I can spend the year (four seasons) with a smile 😆. I bought it at the end of the year at a liquor store and left it at my parents' house because I had a good impression of it when I went on a trip to Shiga (lol). It was a sake made from the traditional sake yeast, but at first I thought it was a bit strong. I thought it was too strong at first, but when I paired it with a meal, it was so easy to drink that I opened half of it by myself. It went well with roast ham 🤤.

The spoils of my trip to Nagano. I could not find Kawanakajima Genmu, so I bought this one, which was sold at Nagano station. In my mind, nigori often has a sweet taste of rice, but this one was more of a clean dry taste and thicker than sweet. I warmed it up and drank it, and I was right👍.

Here is the second brand for our wedding anniversary. I often travel to Nagano Prefecture, and I know a sake lover who likes Nagano sake, so I thought I knew a lot about it, but I'm sorry. This was my first time. It was my first visit to a liquor store in Saitama City, and after some hesitation, I decided to buy a bottle of sake that looked like it would bring me good luck (a hammer of luck?). So I opened the bottle thinking it would be good for our anniversary! It is the opposite of Hanakaze. It feels solid. I drank it in a wine glass, and it goes well with strong dishes! We served it with Dr. Doi's recipe, ba-jaga and tuna 😘.

I bought this sake on a previous trip to Fukushima. It is a dobrok, so it is other brewed sake. The instructions that came with it said that they put 720 ml into a 900 mm bottle to prevent it from blowing out. It was chilled to a crisp at Lemacom, so I was able to open the bottle with no difficulty! The moment I was about to pour the top clearings into a glass, the lees at the bottom of the bottle came out all at once, causing a commotion to put the lid on in a hurry 🤣. Calmly, slowly remove the lid and pour it gently into the glass! ...|--๑)" ♡♡♡♡ I'm not sure if it's the sweetness of the rice or the mother of sake. The sake mother is alive and pukubuku carbonation is stronger and spicier than the sweetness of the rice. I don't feel sweetness from beginning to end even though it's dubu. I felt a sake that is not 8 percent. It is a fun sake ≧∇≦.

Forgot to post this 😅 I've been wanting to drink it for a long time and finally came across Ine Mangaka🌸🌸. When I was in Chiba on business, I talked to the guy at the store and he told me about this limited edition sake, brewed from ancient rice (purple-black rice) with a low rice polishing of 97%. The first sip, just the supernatant. The impact was incredible 🤣. Is this sake? What is this aroma? It's not even wine 💦. I would say it's a strong habit, but I've never encountered a scent like this before. Next, let me stir it to mix the oli, and I'll take it. Oh, the aroma is still the same but I feel the texture/throat of rice, so it's a little calmer, not, lol. Hmmm. What kind of change will happen after this explosion of individuality😓? I wonder how it will change after this. Because it has settled down? I don't know why, but it's addictive 🤣. I'm sure you'll like it or dislike it, but if you're interested 👀.

It is a trophy of my trip to Shikoku. Very refreshing and easy to drink. It's a bad one😅. It's cloudy, so if you mix it up, it gets a bit sweeter and thicker, making it even easier to drink! It was a food sake that didn't interfere with the meal. Served with black maitake mushrooms and yam tempura 🥰.

Tasake microbubbles. I had bought it before summer, but somehow the timing was not right to drink it and it was in the fridge until today. I drank it after mowing the yard before it got cooler. Yes, it is strongly carbonated (lol). It tastes good, but it's too refreshing. I like the taste of dubu and rice lately, so I felt it was a little lacking 😢.

This is a sake I obtained on this trip to Shikoku! We went to this sake brewery that brews Naruto Tai! I wasn't planning to go there, but the typhoon hit and changed many plans (lol). It was a good wind for me, so I went here. There was an event last weekend, the day I visited, and this is the one that was left. They say it has a strong flavor because it is pumped directly from the tank. It's good. I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it without hesitation. And I chose other sakes until I could get the free shipping amount. I drank it after it arrived at my house, and the first sip was really strong! The rice and alcohol taste was amazing. But it settled down with time and I enjoyed the change in taste as the label says. I'm looking forward to drinking the other sakes as well.

I wanted to try Loman! I decided on 🥰 Hanami Loman because the label was cute. The spoils of my Fukushima trip 🚗³₃ Now, how does it taste? It tastes good. Nice aroma. It's refreshing, but it's sweet because of the aroma. The bitter aftertaste seems to go well with spring vegetables, but the season is already summer 🌸🌻🍂❄. I'd like to try it in that season next time 😅.
