初めての日本酒は田酒
The first of 2025, and the 200th check-in commemoration you'll find yourself in, is that. A New Year's bottle of Tasake. We were able to get it again this year. Thank you, sake store.
I took a picture of the New Year bottle and the new sake side by side, just like the picture from a year ago👍.
Now, I think Tasake lacks objectivity because it is my favorite and I don't have a discerning palate.
Yum. The mouthfeel is the same as the nama-shu, then comes the sweetness, and finally a nice bitterness. [Good tasake is heavyweight! 🐍
It goes well with everything: hamo no kamaboko (pike conger eel), simmered vegetables cooked by my partner, and chestnut kinton (sweetened sweetened chestnuts). The chestnut kinton and sake was interesting too.

I suddenly realized it was in the 190s, so I decided to adjust it, and when I posted the sake I hadn't posted, it was just right. ☺️ I'll be with Mr. Sake and Mr. Sake...lol!

Thanks for your comment, Pon... 😊The liquor store recommended that I compare it with a zodiac bottle of Hato Masamune, also from Aomori. I'm thinking 11 months from now, that I want to compare our drinks with something else next year, lol!
