We talked about the sake we bought at the liquor store and my favorite brewery and this is what came up. This series is made by my favorite rice and agave, which outsources its production to Tsuchida Sake Brewery in Gunma Prefecture. Association No. 5 yeast is used. Sake is becoming more and more diversified. Personally, I know that Yamadanishiki ✖️ Association yeast makes a delicious sake, and I know that the price of rice has skyrocketed and it is tough for each sake brewery. I hope they take on various challenges. I will support you by drinking 📣.

I visited a liquor store in Chiba Prefecture, asking for a recommendation for a place to drink sake by myself. The manager is stylish! No menu! First time. I was so nervous (laughs). I told him what kind of sake I wanted to drink, and what came out was the nigori from Tobiran, which I had wanted to try. I'm so happy. I was so happy. We had walked a long distance to get to the restaurant and I wanted to drink it all at once, but I tasted it a little at a time. A light sake with a fruity aroma and sweetness of rice. It was easy to drink and a badass one. Afterwards, I mentioned the name of the liquor store that recommended this store to me... It leads to the next sake...

Here is what I picked up at the liquor store I usually go to. According to the owner, they had never made special junmai with Kojonishiki before, but this is the first time they have made it. The 50th anniversary bottle, which I haven't opened yet, seems to be made with Kojonishiki. He said it would be interesting to compare them. But I was too lazy to do so (laugh). The wine was delicious, as always. The aroma was mild, not too sweet, and easy to drink.

Craft Spirits. Sorry it is not a Japanese car. But since it is related to rice and agave and is made from sakekasu (sake lees), please allow me to post it here. I also like to drink it with soda or rooibos tea, and I also like to drink it with Japanese food, even though I don't usually drink spirits. I would like to support sake that can change the current situation where sake lees, which is produced when sake is made, is not utilized (e.g. low rice polishing, using sake lees as an ingredient, etc.) ♪ For the sake of the future! Naaah, so self-satisfied, isn't it? But it's delicious and a nice change of pace.

When I was checking my sake inventory, I found this bottle left at room temperature. I opened the bottle after cooling it down with Lemacom, thinking it would be fine since it was a well-made sake. The color had changed to a candy color due to the aging process. When I drank it, it was delicious. The aroma and texture reminded me of kijo sake. I was surprised at this quality after leaving it to sit for a while. Sake is interesting, isn't it? By the way, it was so good it ran out quickly 😆.

I love Dobrok, and this Organic Naturals is one of my top 5 favorite ones. When you drink the top clear before stirring, you can taste the sweetness of rice, but you can also taste the acidity like wine. And when it is stirred, it shows a different expression. Mmmm 🧐Tasty 😋.

A person whose personnel transfer was decided at a drinking party in March gave me this sake as a thank-you for the other day. He said it was from the brewery that makes Natsuko sake. I am sorry. I had never had much luck with Niigata sake, so I had heard of it but had never tried it. This sake has an unusual and addictive aftertaste. I had an image of Niigata sake as being clean and unrefined, but I think this is a bad one that people who are into it will get hooked on 😆.

Local sake from Saitama. When I went to a supermarket that sells so-called sake at a discount, a sake brewer was recommending it at a simple booth. He said, "You will be surprised to know that there is such a delicious sake in Saitama." Fine, let's buy it♪ And when I drank it, it was delicious. The aroma was weak and fruity. It is dry and easy to drink with food! We paired it with grilled horse mackerel.

Celebrating my colleague's promotion and my boss's promotion 🎉. We had too much fun! We stopped by a liquor store to adjust our time and found this! It's a good way to celebrate 🤨, although Eiichi Shibusawa is now gone 🤨. Sweet attack from the pineapple aroma. Yup. Easy to drink and anyway my favorite taste. Everyone was happy to say it tasted good, and after staying for almost 5 hours, I realized that the bottle was empty. I also found the remnants of 2 bottles of No. 4 lol. How much for 5 people!
