It is no exaggeration to say that my trip to Sendai this time was to come to this restaurant and eat seri-shabu for the first time in my life.
The dish to be served there was Miyagi's Hakurakusei. It has a fresh, rich flavor and a sweet aroma. Easy to drink, good 😋.
With shallots and shellfish before the seri came.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby...I want to try Seri Shabu again. I'm too jealous of seri nabe at home. My local supermarket doesn't seem to have good Seri...lol...I also drank Suitoriki 🍶.
