I went to Ishikawa Prefecture for a little reconstruction support event and bought this sake 🍶. I was attracted by the picture of a watermelon 🍉, so I bought a packet 😊. I drank it and found it to be surprisingly refreshing with a hint of saltiness that is typical of Ishikawa 🤔. The fact that it is 13% alcohol also makes it easy to drink 🤔. However, although it is labeled as slightly sparkling, I didn't feel any sparkle at all😅. I can understand if it was spontaneously fermented, but if it wasn't labeled as sparkling, I wouldn't have noticed it 😅. I wonder if the gas was released when I brought it home due to improper storage, or if that level of fizziness was originally the goal ❓❓

Hi Masaaki Sapporo😄 Thank you very much for your continued support 😁. Like Fukumasamune, I personally find Ishikawa's sake to have a soy sauce taste ⁉️ and saltiness ⁉️, and many of them go very well with me 😋.

I found it at a liquor store in Tokyo station while on a business trip 🍶 I knew it existed, but for some reason I had never seen it before. I knew it existed, but for some reason I had never seen it before, so I didn't hesitate to buy it 😁. My first impression was very strong sweetness🤔. It's like honey 🤔. Then, a little bit of alcohol mixed in and the second half becomes astringent or blurred 🤔. I drank one cup a day and on the last day there was no alcohol and the aftertaste was light, but the initial honey-like dark sweetness was still there 🤔.

Good evening, Tsunahachi-san. Thanks for your business trip. I'm so jealous that you were able to meet him at a liquor store while on a business trip ✨. Saku is my favorite sake that got me into the sake swamp, so I really hope to meet it someday 🎵.

Hello ma-ki-😃 Sorry it took me so long to reply 💦. I was just able to purchase it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop inside the Tokyo Station ticket gates 🍶. I guess Tokyo liquor stores have a good selection of this kind of limited ❓model 😊.

It's been a little while since I last wrote about it, but I've mentioned it many times, Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai. I know I don't need to write about it, but it's delicious all year round 😋. No need to get into all kinds of nonsense about it: ‼️ It's so delicious ‼️ That's all I have to say.

First time drinking a summer sake from the moon after rain 🍶. The aroma after opening the bottle is a little alcoholic 🤔. When I drank it, it tastes different from what I expected 🤔. It's not so much the dryness, but more the alcohol 🤔. The moon after rain that I drank until now had a melon feeling and a dry but refreshing taste, but this time I felt the smell of alcohol and I couldn't recommend drinking it 🤔. I left it for about a week and it has calmed down a lot 🤔. I'm in a lot of lots, so there are times when this happens 🤔. Maybe I was not in good physical condition🤔

This is the second stage of summer sake, Kido 🍶. There is a slight alcohol taste, but it doesn't bother me 🤔. It's refreshing, dry, and quite sharp, so you can't help but enjoy it. I drank it for the first time in a long time after taking a break from drinking during my business trip, but I couldn't help emptying the 4-pack 😅.

Summer fun, Mimuro Cedar's Summer Jun🍶. If you don't go to buy it soon, you will miss it by accident, so buy it immediately after the announcement 😁. The aroma after opening the bottle was young melon🍈‼️ Impression after drinking it is more refreshing than I expected 🤔. The sweetness is like rum and the melon aftertaste is more melon than melon 😋. I was on a business trip and couldn't drink the rest of the bottle, so I left it for 4 days and drank the remaining 1.5 cups 🤔. It was a wonderfully delicious sake again this year 😄

It's been about a year since I've had a flax cat home drinking flax cat 🍶. Thanks to the liquor store for giving it to us😍. From the aroma of the wooden vat, to the tartness and sweetness like muscat in the mouth, it's really pleasant 😊.

I bought a bottle 🍶 at a sake brewery during my trip to Nara in March. I thought it would be quite dry in terms of atmosphere, but it is quite fruity 🤔. The sweetness comes first, but a little astringency comes in the second half 🤔. This astringent taste resets the taste and makes you go to the next cup 😋. I love Mimuro cedar, but samorosugi is also a great sake 😁.

Saku Junmai drinking comparison, followed by Gennochi🍶. You can clearly see the difference when you compare 🤔. This one is fuller and more complex, like squeezed lychee or muscat with the skin, and has a longer aftertaste as a sake 🤔. Compared to Honochi, it is more suitable as a food sake 🤔. Personally, I prefer the Gennochi 😋. I can't believe that both of these are available all year round, I couldn't be happier 😋. I'm saying that, but I haven't had it in 3 years 😅. I've always been able to buy them as a matter of course, so I tend to put them off, but this sake that got me into the swamp, I can recommend it for life 😄.

First time in about 3 years making Honochi🍶. The last time I drank it, I wrote in my review that it had been 3 years since I last drank it 😁. This time, I compared it with Gennochi 🍶🍶. Very fruity and fresh, you wouldn't believe it was fire-roasted 🤔. Lychee like sweetness and some sourness as described on the label🤔. It also has a bit of muscat 🤔. It's clearly too good 😁. I drink the seasonal every year, but the actual best tasting one is not the year-round label 😋.

This is the first time I have had this brand 🍶. The liquor store that has always been my friend recently started doing business with them, and they recommended it to me 🍶. From the jacket, I thought it would be a sweet sake, but although it has a fruity taste, it is quite dry or sharp on the palate 🤔. The alcohol content is not that high, but this sharpness makes it very drinkable and I like it a lot 😋.

It's been about 3 years ❓ This is the first Shinshin Jikoujozo Namaishu 🍶. The taste is surprisingly hard at the beginning ❓or closed 🤔. The complexity of the second half of the bottle comes and goes with a slight aftertaste 🤔. I thought it was good, so I drank about a cup and kept it in the fridge for 3 days and drank it again, but it was still kind of hard or something 🤔.

I'll have another Kami no Ho this year 🍶. The first sip is a bit sweet 🤔 while still being floral. It has a little bit of pear ❓ And a little bit of alcohol in the complexity 🤔. As always, excellent as a food wine 🤔. I said the other day that it's dangerous to drink push sake after a day of rest, but I drank push sake after a day of rest on this day too, and I found myself emptying a four-pack 😅.

I usually only write my impressions of home drinking, but this one is limited to restaurants, so it's been a while since I've written an extra 🍶. Today I celebrated the great success of a project I was involved in from the beginning of this year until recently, and I had a lunchtime drinking party by myself 🍶. Here's a piece I saw on that occasion 🍶. As a Saku drinker, there was no choice not to drink it, so I had it as my first drink 😁. Fruity but very light and not alcoholic 🤔. This lightness is very suitable for a toast 🤔. After drinking this, I was even more hungry and ready for battle 😁.

It's organic naturals dobrok❓ (not exactly dobrok, apparently). Gas is only faintly perceptible 🤔. It's 90% polished rice, so it's drier than I expected, but the silky texture softens the complexity in a good way 🤔. Very tasty 😋. It is delicious as it is, but it also has a strong flavor, so it is not defeated by strong food and is useful as a food sake 😋.

I haven't had Saku "Enochi" in about 6 years. Every year I drink the most Saku at home, but I've been drinking only limited editions and haven't had a chance to drink the year-round brands. It's been a while since I drank it, but it's still absurdly delicious ‼️ The aroma is rich and gorgeous, and the fruity taste fills your mouth 😋. A little bit of complexity at the very end and then it disappears 🤔. I shouldn't drink so much alcohol after 2 days of rest 😅. I was easily empty 😅.

I went on a trip to Nara the other day and had been drinking Mimuro cedar, but had never had a taste of samorosugi 🤔. I bought this at Imanishi Sake Brewery 🍶. The brewer told me that this "Next" is made irregularly and that it is brewed with the same rice and process as the "Dio Abita" from Mimurosugi, so it is almost the same as the "Dio Abita" according to the brewery 🍶. Light sweetness, with a slight complexity that lingers on the tongue at the end 🤔. It really is a great sake 😋.

It's a clearly jacked up liquor 🍶. Opened the bottle effortlessly in about 3 minutes 😁. Sake level is -11, but the label says it goes well with sashimi and sushi🤔. The first sip is definitely sweet 🤔. The sweetness soon disappears and it is as dry or sharp as the label says 🤔. After 3 days of drinking, the sweetness was like a ripe melon 🤔. To sum up, I think it goes well with sashimi and sushi 🤔. However, I prefer to drink "Hitakami" or "Oze no ichii" to pair it with fish 🤔. However, I think this sake is an all-around preferred sake before and during dinner 😊.
