The new Mimuro sake, an annual treat! The bottle was opened successfully after 5 minutes of fumbling to get it open 😁. Pleasant fizz and melon🍈 in the first half, melon🍈 with a bit of rind in the second half🤔. All in all, a high class melon soda for adults 😋! Too delicious 😋😋.

I haven't had a drink in a very long time 🍶. I think this is the first time I drink it at home 🤔. The aroma is quite gorgeous 🤔. When I drink it, I can taste the fruity flavor and some apple-like sourness 🤔. I think it's a sake that can be enjoyed all round before and during dinner 😊.

I wanted to drink dry sake like the counter ❓ from Koei Kiku the other day, so I put in Harushika for the first time in a long time 🍶. It has a dry taste as it is called "super dry", but I can also taste some fruitiness like pineapple 🤔. It is 18% alcohol, so of course it has a sake-like taste, but it also has a rounded and mellow taste that makes it easier to drink than you think 🤔. Pork with ginger was the snack of the day, and this mild yet robust flavor was very good 😋.

Long time no see Koei Kiku 🍶. I bought it to drink light and pop 😁. Moderate gassiness 🍶 with some grapefruitiness A little bit of grapefruit flavor ❓. The double punch of the sweetness and slight carbonation keeps the drink flowing 😋. This time of year, all the breweries are putting out their specialties, and the sake is just too good to resist 😅.

It's been a while since I've had a Gobashi sake. Generally, junmai sake is brewed with 80% rice and 20% koji, but this sake is brewed with 45% rice and 55% koji 🍶. It has a unique sweet and sour taste that I don't know how to describe ⁉️🤔. If I had to say, it's like a yeast yeast 🤔. It has a honey-like color and a tender taste like a matured sake 🤔. The taste is classic but with a touch of citrus 🤔 It was a strange taste that I have never felt before, but it is a very good sake 😋.

I bought it because I wanted to drink a fruity wine 🍶. Gorgeous, fruity, a little sour and grapey like Pioneer 🍇, very tasty 😋. I left it open for a day and when I drank the rest, I felt a bit of dryness in the second half that I didn't feel when I opened the bottle 🤔. I have the impression that the taste changes quite quickly 🤔 But it is delicious 😋.

I will drink again this year as I did last year 🍶. The aroma of the freshly opened bottle was a little alcoholic, but after drinking it, I didn't feel any alcohol at all🤔. The sweetness comes first and disappears in the second half 🤔. So I don't get tired of drinking it, so I have the impression that I can drink it forever 😋.

My second new sake of the year is Amami 🍶. The gas is just a little bit of a whiff 🤔. First the top clear 🍶. Sweet and tasty 😋. Next, including the orizumi 🍶. Mellow sweeter flavor 😋. This is delicious 😋. Yesterday we had a pork bone base lettuce nabe, and the sweetness of the pork bone base soup and the sweetness of the amami go absurdly well together 😋.

I haven't had this in an absurdly long time 🍶. Very rich mouthfeel🤔. Sweet and umami at the same time, with a little lingering complexity in the second half 🤔. It's a great sake that makes you want two or three more cups 😋.

I think I'm drinking a lot of Jigokin at home this year 🤔. Fruity taste with melon flavor 🤔 Mellow and gentle lingering impression 🤔 Good with light snacks 🤔 Personally, it went well with sea bream sashimi 😋.

The owner of the liquor store I always go to approached me and asked me if I wanted a bottle of sake, which I immediately purchased. It's really well balanced ‼️ Sorry for my lack of vocabulary😅. Anyway, it was very tasty and the bottle was empty in 3 days 😋.

This is my first time to try this Niwolf series 🍶. When I open it, I get the impression that there is nothing special about it 🤔. When I drink it again about 3 days later, I feel the melon taste is stronger 🤔. But the complexity of the taste hits me after that 🤔. After 4 days, the complexity is more like classic sweet persimmon than melon, but the aftertaste in the second half is good 😋.

Really, I've been drinking a lot of rice wine this year 🍶. Sweet and umami is strong🤔. Fruity and melon 🤔 A bit of bitterness❓complexity❓ chases after it in the second half and it seems to disappear nicely 😋. It's absurdly delicious 😋.

This is my first time drinking this sake 🍶. I went to a liquor store and they recommended it to me as a new sake, so I gave in and bought it 😅 Strong flavor 🤔. Fruity and complex with a dry finish in the second half 🤔. It was a sake from a completely unknown brewery, but it was absurdly delicious 😋.

It's been a long time since I've had a King's List 🍶. R01BY, so it's aged for 5 years 🤔. As always, this has a great classic feel 🤔. Aged yellowish liquor with a bit of whisky-like alcohol on the nose 🤔. It's absurdly delicious 😋.

It's been a long time since I've been in the sun 🍶. Maybe the first time at home: ⁉️ It's a bit fruity at the beginning, then the aftertaste fades a little bit, then it gets sharp 🤔. I was on a business trip and drank the rest of the bottle after a week or so, but it hasn't lost any of its flavor 🤔. It's always delicious 😋. Of course, it was great with fish 😁.

I've been drinking a lot of tazake this year, and I didn't expect to receive a 50th anniversary commemorative bottle 🍶. I'm so happy to see that despite the commemorative bottle, it's not a high-spec sake, but a junmai sake, I feel the ambition of Nishida Sake Brewery 😊. And this is delicious 😋! Not too clean, but a little complexity and sourness when you drink it (I guess this is a kind of complexity too ⁉️), a good combination of classic and modern 😋. It's very drinkable, you feel like you're drinking sake ‼️, and it's also an excellent food sake 😋. I can't stop drinking even though I know I shouldn't because I drink too much😅. I emptied a four-pack in one night😅.

Fruity meloniness, but a little less sweet 🤔. but the second half of the flavor spreads to the palate and is absurdly good‼️ It's also very good as a food wine: ‼️ I can drink it all the time 😋.

A little gassy when you open the bottle and the sensation of the oozy, filmy liquor going down your throat is wonderful 😋. Very clean, with a slight carbonation and taste like a white sour 😋. It's a great drink, but I also felt it lacked a little bit of mouthfeel, perhaps due to the fact that it's 12% alcohol 🤔.
