I wanted to drink something with a little bit of schwarz 🍶 but it didn't have the gassy feeling I was expecting 🤔. But it was not as gassy as I expected 🤔. It's supposed to be a Dobrok but I heard it's not really a Dobrok😅. It was unexpectedly refreshing 🤔. It has a good balance between a little sourness and sweetness, and the low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink 😁.

I found this sake at a liquor store on a business trip to Tokyo 🍶. It was a collaboration project between Yamawa and Hakurakusei 🤔. And this is absurdly delicious ❣️ Hakurakusei is famous as a food sake, but this is a super all-rounder😍. It has a very beautiful and gentle sweetness at the beginning of drinking, and even with a meal, the umami flavor comes on top 🤔. No weird aftertaste, just a stress-free transition to the next cup 😊. Well, it was a great experience 😁.

A year after ⁉️'s ganaki drank at the same time 🍶. This is really delicious 😋! It seems dry at the beginning of drinking, but the lingering sweet-umami flavor in the second half is irresistible 😋. This is a great seasonal sake 😊.

I found this sake buried in the back of a huge fridge when I visited a sake collector friend's house a few days ago. I scolded him for what a waste 💢 and he said he would give it to me as an apology 😅. It was freshly pressed in 2023, so the flavor was a bit off because it was 2 years old, but it was stored well and was still a Shinsei 🤔. I don't mean to be rude to Sentori, but it's like Sentori Green Naturals ⁉️ 🤔.

It's been a very long time since I've had a pineapple 🍶. It has a sweet and sour aroma like rumminess 😊. But when you drink it, it is surprisingly dry and has a strong flavor structure 🤔. I get the impression that there is a slight rummy aroma at the end 🤔. As the days go by, the solid structure becomes softer and softer, and my personal favorite time to drink it was on the third last day 🤔. I think it would have been possible to drink it after a week 🤔. Very tasty and interesting sake 😁.

When I was in Kobe on business, an announcement from a Kobe liquor store I follow on insta-follow popped up "In-store sales, up to 1 bottle per group ‼️" and I was able to buy it just in time 🍶. I had heard about Sogapale 🍶. Well, let's see how it is 🤔. When I popped the cork, it was thin but fresh sweet and sour like white wine 🤔. When I drank it, what can I say 🤔. If I had to say, it's like No.6 without any peculiarities 🤔. No.6 does not have any peculiarities, but it is like ❓ 🤔 Shinsei without the sense of wooden vat. It's a different world of Shinsei, with only local yeast and No.6 yeast 🤔. Anyway, it has a delicate taste and I have the impression that I can drink it on its own 🤔. As an amateur, I can't think of any pairing 😅 I enjoyed these three days with the most delicious aperitifs 😊.

I bought this bottle on a business trip to Tokyo 🍶. The aroma is gorgeous ginjo 🤔. When I drank it, there was a slight taste of fibers like cloth ❓⁉️ At first I thought maybe the sake was closed because it was a draft, but the impression didn't change even after a few days 🤔.

This is one of the bottles I purchased during the new sake rush at the end of the year. At first, I was going to open it on New Year's Day, but then I found a bottle of Boshimoto Mimuro Sugi labeled for the Year of the Snake, so I opened that one on New Year's Day. The other day it was Kikuhime, so I thought I'd open a lighter sake 🍶. However, it took me about 15 minutes to open the bottle, probably because it was still fermenting in the bottle😅. It has a slight sourness like Bodaiyuan yogurt, but the sweetness is quite moderate, and the gentle sweetness of the rice and the strong carbonation stimulates the stomach, making you hungry the more you drink it 😋. It was great as an aperitif and very good as a mid-meal drink 😁.

出張等でしばらく家呑みが出来ない状況でしたが、やっとゆっくりお酒と向き合えました🍶 こちらは4年前❓くらいに石川県加賀市に旅行に行った際に一度だけ呑んだ事があるお酒🍶 美味しかったという事しか覚えてなく、味わすっかり忘れてしまったんで、今回は家呑みで向き合います🤔 いざ呑んでみると、一瞬クラシックな米の旨味を感じつつも、すぐにヨーグルト❓っぽい甘酸味がやってきて、スルスルっと口に溶け込む感じ🤔 アルコール19度なんで、お酒呑んでる‼️っていう呑みごたえはありますが、アルコール臭さは全くなくとても呑みやすい🤔 これはやはり無茶苦茶美味いですねぇ😁 菊姫は今まで、居酒屋でしかほとんど呑んでなく、最近家呑みリストになったんですが、今後もディグり甲斐がありますねぇ😊

It's been years since I've had a Toichi 🍶. It's a classic rice sweet and tasty at the beginning of drinking, but then the sweet and sour taste like yogurt ⁉️ starts to seep in 🤔. It is a gentle classic in general 🤔. I personally really liked it with appetizers and light fish 😊.

I had drunk Hirotogawa's nigori sake once before in the restaurant 🍶. I was very much looking forward to it 😊. Opened with no difficulty, but the fizz was a bit strong 🤔. Nice balance of sweetness and effervescence 🤔. I thought it was less sweet than I expected, but when I paired it with a meal, wow 🤭. The sweetness of the sake is more pronounced and both the meal and the sake become a double game of deliciousness 🤭. I thought it was for aperitifs, but it's also very nice as an in-between-dinner drink 👍

I was talking with the clerk at the liquor store I've been frequenting since last year about the new Junmai version of Jyushidai Honmaru Kakushin, and I told him that I've never had it before. I'm also a bit of a philanderer 😁. I was so happy with the sake that I gave them away at the New Year's party with all my relatives 🤭. It's clear, beautiful and looks like drinking water 🤔. The more I drink, the more beautiful my body becomes 😊. It's a luxurious start to the year to be able to drink such wonderful sake together 🤗.

I couldn't drink on New Year's Day this year because I was busy with work😅. I've got to get back on track and the first sake I'm having this year is a limited edition sake for the year of the snake 😊. Recently, Nara's sake breweries have been releasing sake brewed with Bodaiyuan, or the ancestor of the Bodaiyuan. A few years ago, it was just a sweet and sour sake that I didn't like to drink, but recently Bodai Yuan has been producing some very nice sake 😤. This sake is one of them 🤔. It's clear and fruity like a melon, absurdly delicious 😋. Happy to start the new year with the best sake 😁.

The annual drinking end 🍶. I used to have an impression that Sakusaku's new sake was very gorgeous, but since last year, the quality of the sake seems to have calmed down and I felt a little let down when I first started drinking it because I expected it to be gorgeous 🤔. But I drank it while complaining and consumed 2 gou in about 30 minutes like drinking water 😅. My wife was beside me and said "you look like you're drinking like you're really enjoying it" 😅. I was drinking like a tsundere 🤭.

I usually don't write about what I think about drinking at a restaurant, but this is my first extra entry in a while 🍶. Yesterday, I went to a restaurant where I have always been a regular customer to have dinner and greet the New Year's Eve. I thought the rice polishing ratio of 11% was amazing, but the taste was classic 🤔. I have never had such a beautiful classic 🤔. I think it's one of the best classic 🤔, although it's a different vector from Ishidaya of Kuroryu. It's so great, I was even impressed 🥹.

We got it again this year 🍶🍶. Snow Christmas 🍶 at Akabu. We toasted 🥂 while watching the live Christmas live streaming of our idol 😊. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but I could hardly feel any gas 🤔. As usual, it is light and easy to drink 🤔. It went very well with western appetizers 😊.

I drink a fair amount at pubs, but I've never had it at home. Moderate but firm sweetness🤔. It has a very nice classical sweetness that reminds me of Japanese chestnuts, gently but firmly assertive 😋.

The new Mimuro sake, an annual treat! The bottle was opened successfully after 5 minutes of fumbling to get it open 😁. Pleasant fizz and melon🍈 in the first half, melon🍈 with a bit of rind in the second half🤔. All in all, a high class melon soda for adults 😋! Too delicious 😋😋.

I haven't had a drink in a very long time 🍶. I think this is the first time I drink it at home 🤔. The aroma is quite gorgeous 🤔. When I drink it, I can taste the fruity flavor and some apple-like sourness 🤔. I think it's a sake that can be enjoyed all round before and during dinner 😊.
