I've been drinking a lot of tazake this year, and I didn't expect to receive a 50th anniversary commemorative bottle 🍶.
I'm so happy to see that despite the commemorative bottle, it's not a high-spec sake, but a junmai sake,
I feel the ambition of Nishida Sake Brewery 😊.
And this is delicious 😋!
Not too clean, but a little complexity and sourness when you drink it (I guess this is a kind of complexity too ⁉️), a good combination of classic and modern 😋.
It's very drinkable, you feel like you're drinking sake ‼️, and it's also an excellent food sake 😋.
I can't stop drinking even though I know I shouldn't because I drink too much😅.
I emptied a four-pack in one night😅.
