Shikishima is a brewery in Aichi Prefecture that was revived three years ago. It is the first time for me to drink it. It also uses No. 8 yeast, which I am not used to, so I don't know what to say about it, but it has an aroma, flavor, and no dullness, and is suitable for food sake.
