The aroma is restrained and the taste is lean sweet-yummy yogurt. ❗️
This sake tastes more like a lactic acid bacteria drink than Sanuki Cloudy. It might be a hit with young people who like sake more than modern sake!

The first dish I had at Gotanda Waniya was the "Jyushidai Nanashidaru Nijukan".

It was really too delicious...

Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake 🍶.
A little bit of gasiness and the crisp sweetness of Miyamanishiki match nicely! I first had this at a corner bar, but I couldn't resist and bought a bottle! I want to enjoy the change of taste at home!
Despite its rich, mild sweetness, it is very smooth and easy to drink....
The price was 1,000 yen for a single batch, but after drinking it, I was convinced!
This sake was made by mixing a large amount of unlabeled sake produced by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. I only remember that it tasted sweet...
I would love to try it again...
