It has a smooth texture and a beautiful taste. It has a smooth and clean taste, yet it is still juicy and firm!
It was the kind of sake that I would rather drink all the time by itself than with food 🥺.

The first dish I had at Gotanda Waniya was the "Jyushidai Nanashidaru Nijukan".
The sensation of fruity and juicy sweetness spreading immediately after putting it in the mouth (?).
