That cup of sake I bought the other day on my first visit to Kawagoe in ages! That wonderful, existential tourist attraction, the The sake is named after the bell of time. The sake is light and dry, and has a refreshing taste. It also has a nice sweetness to it. It was delicious!

Long time no see home drinking with my peers! A fine detox time for an office worker in his late 30s. This party usually consists of canned chu-hai, but today we had sake. Because Matsuzaki is just around the corner. This was my first time drinking Fukui sake. It's a little sour, yet slightly sweet and delicious! We both finished it in a small sake cup! It was delicious!

Nice to meet you, Sake from Wakayama! Kido is a sake I've always wanted to try! Delicious! It has a strong flavor. It has a strong taste, but the aftertaste is refreshing. It's called "Karakuchi Kid" for a reason! It was delicious!

Next up on Sadogashima's list of sakes is Kanetsuru! This is my first time checking in, but it's been a long time since I've seen it. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink like water. It's not a fancy sake, but it has a simple sake-like taste, and it's still delicious!

It's been a while since we last had a Yoshiike Cup Sake series. Today is the Sadogashima Derby, so we start with Manotsuru. This is the first time I've had it, and it's amazingly delicious! Freshness and sharpness are pleasant! A refreshing drink! It was delicious!

On Friday night, it is decided to eat raw oysters. Chose this sake to drink with it. My first Kanagawa sake, I think! Fine sweetness and umami, fine bubbles. It was so delicious that the bottle was emptied in no time... It was delicious!

Buy sake in Yanaka, Saitama, which is mehly close but had not checked in. Fusui. I was attracted by its fresh wine-label-like appearance, but it also tastes quite refreshing and very tasty! It has a sweetness with a tangy spiciness, and when I paired it with sashimi, it disappeared overnight. I love this! It was very delicious~.

It's been a while since I took an express bus to visit Shizuoka. I don't have much experience with Shizuoka sake, but I do know Garyubai! I visited Liquor Shop Okitsu and bought some! It has the sweetness and freshness of a junmai ginjo. But it also retains a pleasant spiciness! And it pairs perfectly with wasabi pickles! It's been a while since I've had a sake with my brother. It was very delicious.

Procured at Yoshiike in Okachimachi after a long time. Delicious sake with the flavor of water and the sweetness of rice! Paired with Yoshike's octopus and wasabi, it was the perfect pairing. It was delicious!
