Beer and highballs are the mainstay of summer, and sake has been a long time coming.
I got some good sashimi, so I bought this one at a local liquor store.
It had been a while since I had had Nagano sake, but it has a good balance of spiciness and flavor!

Yesterday, my family and I took a drive near Narita Airport.
We went to a local supermarket, Seimiya, and bought Josephine Dressing, which we wanted.
When we went to the sake corner, we found a "local Chiba sake corner"!
I bought a bottle of Kochira Koko among many other sake.
It is a "Umakuchi Junmai," or pure rice with a rich flavor!

Found a rare Hokkaido cup of sake at Yoshiike!
What's great about Yoshiike is that they have product replacements like this!
It's my first time to try Hokkaido sake. The freshness spreads in the mouth!

Echigo Myokozan, also purchased at Yoshiike.
Perhaps it was because I drank it after the light Owari Otokoyama, but it was a strong sake!

It's been a long time since I've posted anything because I've been sober lately.
On my way home from work, I went to Iidabashi and found an Aomori Prefecture antenna store!
They have a cup of sake!
I tried it and found it to be spicy and sharp!
Not everything tastes good when you're sober!
I could feel the roughness of Aomori in this sake. It was delicious!

This is the final installment of the GW series of Yoshiike Cup Sake.
The yellow coloring of Yukitsuru is eye-catching.
The catchphrase "This is a very tasty local sake" is exactly what it says,
It was a delicious sake with a hint of Niigata's sake character!

Famima near the best pension where we stayed.
I knew they would put it there as a special edition of Tochigi's famous sake.
I couldn't drink it at the pension, so I toasted it when I got home.

Of course, it was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake.
Although the region is known for its shochu, this is delicious!
It may be junmai (pure rice), but it has a strong and unique flavor.
It has an interesting fruity atmosphere!
I guess pairing it with sukiyaki was the right choice!

Here's a Shimane sake I bought on a recent trip to an antenna store! Nice to meet you.
While it was an impure encounter, purchased with a cheat technique to fill up the map, it's very tasty! It is a very fresh sake.

The Loft's sake series of choice, given to us by Mrs.
It is a dry sake from Sawanoi, which represents Tokyo.
It is refreshing and easy to drink. The sake was paired with oden, and in no time at all, the bottle was empty.
It all happened so fast that I was only able to take a picture of the empty bottle!

I was so excited that I wanted to conquer all 47 prefectures of Japan (lol).
After work, I went on a tour of antenna stores near Yurakucho and Tokyo Station.
Many of the antenna stores close at 19:00, which is a ruthless time for office workers. So I didn't get to visit many of them!
I bought this at an antenna store in Shiga Prefecture, which I visited on my special map-filling trip.
The package has a loose character, but the sake is delicious and full of goodness!
The sweetness spreads on the palate and the pleasant flavor of rice. You can feel the deliciousness of the water.
It was very delicious!
I'm really curious about the 3 types of local sake in the store. I've seen the same service at other antenna stores!
I vowed to come early next time lol.
