I could feel a nice spiciness, probably because I had it after the Tobirazumi.
I thought it was a sake where you could feel the change in taste from the moment you put it in your mouth to the moment you swallow it.

I had a chance to visit the Passport Center in Yurakucho,
I went to the Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan Antenna Shop for the first time in a while.
It was a pity that I could only visit a few stores that were open because I was there first thing in the morning.
One of them was Akita!
If there were several cups of sake, I chose this one.
Plenty of sweetness in the flavor! Plenty of sweetness, as if it were made by condensing the sweetness of the rice.

Yesterday, my family and I took a drive near Narita Airport.
We went to a local supermarket, Seimiya, and bought Josephine Dressing, which we wanted.
When we went to the sake corner, we found a "local Chiba sake corner"!
I bought a bottle of Kochira Koko among many other sake.
It is a "Umakuchi Junmai," or pure rice with a rich flavor!
