Mrs. Koyama received a bottle of sake from a kindergarten mom. I wondered what kind of sake it was, but it was from Kita-ku, Tokyo! I have only had Sawanoi sake, so I was very happy! Abe, an up-and-coming sake from Niigata, is rarely available even in the big city of Tokyo. I recently received a bottle from a colleague from Niigata whom I have become good friends with! It was a ridiculously foamy and mild sake, and I was convinced that I would drink too much of it. We found ourselves opening it in no time, along with the sashimi we had prepared for this sake, as a couple. The bubbling was so great that the cork flew out the moment we opened it and went missing for a while! This is the hottest sake in Niigata right now! It was delicious!

I found it in the sake section of a supermarket I don't often visit. Encounters like this are why the Cup Sake Club members can't stop! As it is called "hometown sake," it was a good sake full of the deliciousness of water and rice. It was delicious!

I bought this one at Yamauchiya in Nippori. I bought it because of its brave name, bright red label, and dry taste, but I hit the jackpot. It went perfectly with sashimi. It was delicious!

We did it! We have covered all prefectures except for the last boss, Okinawa! The last one is Nagasaki Prefecture. Since it's not easy to find in the area, I bought it at the Nagasaki prefecture antenna store in Nihonbashi on my last day of work. Thinking back, how many times have I been helped by the sake map and the antenna store near Tokyo Station? I am glad I live in Tokyo. The long-awaited sake from Nagasaki, the birthplace of Masaharu Fukuyama, was full of sweetness and flavor. It was delicious! With this, the sake map capture is complete. The dawn of Okinawa will be somewhere sooner or later. So far I have prioritized buying sake from prefectures I haven't drank from, but from now on I will go with my favorite sake FIRST! I wish you good sake in 2025!

Finally I could buy it! Sake from Miyazaki Prefecture! At Meishu Center near Kanda Jingu Shrine! It is refreshing and delicious. With this, we have conquered 45 prefectures, excluding the last boss, Okinawa! Only one prefecture remains, Nagasaki! I wonder what kind of sake I can find there!

Checked in for my first Yamaguchi sake. The Ootenari Excitement Special, purchased together with Kaze no Mori at Kakinuma-san. The name "Jyundo Isshu" is not a mere declaration of intent! The mellow sweetness of the rice spreads after a clean texture on the tongue. It was very, very delicious!

I went to Wako for work, so I went to Marugen-san for the first time in a while. I found it in the small-size corner! Sake from Tochigi. It is fresh and has a moderate sweetness, as it appeals to the quality of the water. It was delicious!

Friday after work. Walking near the office, I saw a light at Sagamiya Heisuke Shop! Sagamiya Heisuke Shoten was lit up! I thought it hadn't been in business for a long time. I thought it had been closed for a long time, but I heard it had recently reopened! I was so happy that I entered the store like an insect drawn by the light. I had a glass of Hiraizumi. I guess it is the first hiyaoroshi of the year. It has a nice, refreshing acidity. It was even more delicious because of the reunion with the store!
