Pure Black, Yamamoto's 120th Anniversary Sake
The koji is made by a different method from the usual Pure Black!
As a Yamamoto lover, I wanted to buy a commemorative cold bag (left photo), so I bought one.
The label on the back of the bottle says to chill it, so I drank it cold!
It tastes of sourness and bitterness reminiscent of citrus.
Afterwards, a beautiful soft umami taste follows.
It's the perfect sake for summer!
